It's perfectly fine to play this build for safety (or disliking momentum). Swapping off Chaos Theory + Glaive Tempest for Momentum + Restless Hunter is a little bit more output tho. It's specific to this boss. If you fel rush while in a frost puddle you will (most of the time) not move.. It's kinda clunky though, but usually if you jump before rushing then you're gucci

How do you Fel Rush without moving? You do it several times in this video. Just curious!
It's specific to this boss. If you fel rush while in a frost puddle you will (most of the time) not move.. It's kinda clunky though, but usually if you jump before rushing then you're gucci
Just as Maxime said, fel rushing on ice doesn't rly move you unless you jump first, like when going up the stairs
