Don't get me wrong I love the new players we have around, but it sure is weird seeing a year where WWW, Rafis, hvick, Cookiezi and many other top players of past years aren't within the top 20 of community voting. Cool video btw.

It’s actually kinda crazy to me whitecat wasn’t at least #2. He’s coming out with INCREDIBLE plays or fcs on songs that haven’t been fc’d for ages, like euphoria, galaxy collapse (lowest miss count by FORTY SEVEN), logical stimulus, plus he nearly got a 1.1k fucking NOMOD. You go to any leaderboard for a popular song, and 90% of the time, you see whitecat there with like 2-3% more acc than anyone else. Dude’s just absurd.
I hope to see him get his streaming speed closer to vaxei’s so he could show us something like a 99.5% FC on goodbye

It's really interesting when you see people like aireu and swaggyswaggsterso low till you realize they really just got this goot in 2021. Like aireu went from like 30 something to top 10 in 1 month

If you didn’t know, almost all the osu songs are one genre? It’s called j-core, it’s a very fast genre in the electronic side of things, it’s more melodic and has that “anime” touch
Even though Bubbleman made it on the list, I kinda wished he was ranked higher. He’s so underrated

Why would a player like Bubbleman waste time on farming though.
Farming is already a gigantic waste of time and energy for basic players, but for someone who’s arguably the best tournament player of all time (this is only my opinion, totally debatable), that’s even more true.
I think someone like Bubbleman would much rather spend time practicing maps he will encounter in tournaments, while also setting nice solo scores but not in the objective to rank up. Especially now that we have tournament players like Vaxei, fancylad, Aireu, FlyingTuna... who will make it harder for Bubbleman to win :)
I do agree however that Bubbleman is in fact one of the best solo players, on top of being one of the best tournament players. He might not farm, but his solo scores are still insane !
the whitecat part gave me goosebumps even if other beat him in other skillset his still he best player for me even if he isnt #1 anymore

And he legit plays dt stream maps or no mod long stream maps. Like obviously he’s the best in the speed category but ffs there are more categories than that. If we’re talking overall, it’s obviously between WhiteCat and Vaxei.

eh. you noticed it.
that is actually not 1 replay. i recorded every replay twice. once with leaderboard and ui. once without. then i cut them together. so the lines are where one video ends and the other ones starts. you only notice them when there is a timing difference. it's precise to 1/60th of a second but seemingly that's still not enough xd

Can somebody help me, I was playing osu and I tried to use a different skin then it kicked me out of osu and every time I try to play it just kicks me out of osu instantly.

I feel like whitecats part would've been made way cooler and better if the talking stopped before the Happppy Song jumps and it played the full audio
agreed. well, obviously i didn't want to cut anyone. i'm also not sure if 1 commentary would've been better. sometimes it's a bit hard to get everything as good as possible so all in all i'm okay with cutting a few corners.
I'm also personally unsure whether it was the right choice to show the 2nd half of galaxy collapse with all the misses. but on the other hand the 2nd half is definitely harder and the spot where players usually miss the most by far.
@@mulraf The second half of galaxy collapse should 100% stay in since that's an absolute godmode moment in Galaxy Collapse. I feel like when Ed added the "to top it all off" it got extra and should've either been stopped or been mentioned before hand since in the two other clips, the best moments were shown. The spaced streams and then Whitecats insane consistency with hitting Galaxy Collapse jumps and the commentary was cut and made it pop. When the commentary was finally cut after the Happppy Song jumps the clip felt underwhelming compared to the other clips since it was just "Loneliness" and small jumps that didn't compare to the previous two clips. Great video btw!

Vaxei was clearly the best player in owc 2020, and he literally mvped all of USA’s matches, except the finals against Canada which was mvped by fancylad. What a beast.

Sound Chimera, Hardware Store, Warriors, Yomi Yori, Galaxy Collapse, Frozen One, Logical Stimulus, Time will Freeze, Songs Compilation, Euphoria, Road of Resistance, Highway of Oblivion, Preserved Valkyria, Altar + many unranked scores (Vanity Clock, Inside, Monster)
And here aren't even his EZ pays and none of these here aren't even his AR11 plays...
It is really impressive that he has such streaming ability (low/mid BPM Deathstreams, HR Spaced, ...) like his *leaderboard places* on Time will Freeze, Songs Comp, Euphoria, ROR, ...
His aim isn't from this world too. Ofc mreKk and a few others have better raw aim then him but still...
And his reading skills shouldn't be overlooked. Ofc not badeu niveau but I mean not just his impressive skills for any AR, I mean techmaps...
