This is my one of my favorite motivational songs besides legend, the theme of zyzz. I'm still 15 about to turn 16 in December of this year, i pretty much stopped doing home workouts/exercises for over 7 months now and starting today; September 23, 2023, I am going to be re starting my daily routines again, 100 push ups - squats - ab crunches - and lots of other home workouts and running 10-15 miles for 4 hours, i know there will be constant resting there but I will never stop. It will not be easy, but it is not impossible. I will edit this after a month to see how much muscle I regained. Thank you every positive gymbros for inspiring and motivating me to get back on track and I still am not sure yet but I think once i hit 19 or 20 I will start hitting the gym.
Difficulty has the good side of teaching and the bad side of being difficult! You are on the path to being another victor in your achievement, your thoughts and attitude are already a great start! My biggest dream is to be muscular and who knows, compete in bodybuilding! Congratulations on your discipline and success in everything you do and, remember, never give up!! 👊💪💯
