Discover the process of producing canapes through innovative solutions, where precision begins with the accurate positioning of the bread. The slice is then aligned using a laser that indicates the borders, ensuring perfect placement for each batch. The stencil dosing system enables controlled and uniform spread application on the slice. On the other hand, the main dosing unit applies the spread onto the slice.
At the spreading station, an operator spreads the product using a mold designed to prevent any overrun, ensuring a consistent finish. The sorting and diverging system efficiently sorts and moves the prepared canapes. They then pass through the first and second freezer outlets to maintain their quality.
The cutting unit slices the canapes into equal portions. As they transit, the shuttle conveyor gently deposits the canapes, preserving their integrity throughout the process. Finally, the tray lift and recirculation system ensures a seamless return of trays to the conveyors, optimizing the production flow.
