My sister in law got pregnant with twins after losing their first son at the age of two from cancer so it was pretty special. She had a hard delivery with her first being born vaginaly and the second by emergency c-section so I stayed with her in the hospital overnight and I remember feeling grateful for her but also for not having twins myself. I got pregnant about 3 months later and found out in my 20th week that I was having twins as well. And the really special part is that my twins were born on the same day a year after my sister in laws twins were born lol
Its difficult for me to watch these but when they come up in my recommends, I so want to share in their happiness. My family never really supported me or showed any excitement or anything towards my babies. But in some small way, I get this glimpse into a world where family is loving and supported. I know you don't know me so it's not the same but i'm genuinely excited about your babies and happy they're going to have a parent who knows how important it is to love and support your children. They're going to be so happy to have you in their life because they'll know how much you care about them and they are going to love you so so much x

My mother is a twin. She had twins. I had twins. I was in maternity clothes at 6 weeks. We were in our first ultrasound and my husband said, “is that a split screen?” The tech said, “no, those are your twins”. They are 24 now and I only have one more year of grad school to pay for.
My daughter and her partner are doing the 4 under 4. She knew something was not right when number 2 was 3 months. She went and got the test. And she again...they handled that surprise only to find out a month later it is twins. She was shocked and scared and bewildered. So was partner. They had just moved to a 3 bedroom house for the 4 of them.... luckily the landlord had a bigger 3 bedroom for them. She said not relying on any prevention methods anymore. Having it stopped after this. She said she remembers me running my fanny off with 5.. but mine were spread out over 20 years. Hers are all in 3 years!
In my family a pregnancy announcement is like telling the family you got an oil change. It is nothing like how other families react. I am ever realizing how different my family is.
The last time I got pregnant, the reaction from my mother was "I'm so disappointed in you".. 💔 The people in this video are so blessed to have each other.
@@vivianandersen They only reason they would say something like that is because they are so shallow that they would prefer to brag about your successful career rather than be a grandparent. Regardless that was a horribly toxic and negative thing to say even if they felt that way they should have kept it to themselves. Sometimes it is best to drop people out of your life including family.
my dad’s side of the family is popping babies out like it’s the olympics lmfao they’ve had two babies born since march and there’s gonna be a third baby in february. but on my mom’s side, the youngest kid is 4-5 years old
