Reaching ethical excellence requires seeking truth by clarifying your intentions, motivation, justice in everything we do and always using good judgement in all our actions

I love how she spoke but I have to say that the presentation was quite empty. I cannot see any clear message or clear path. There was no depth, not angle.

What would you do if you worked for an agency that routinely discriminated against people who had health ashes by manufacturing workplace incidents and letting them go or using HR as a tool of harassing. An incident that happened just this week was my coworker has been harassed by our parking security for over a year. He routinely wrote her up for parking in a spot that was A regular parking spot. When she pointed this out to HR they still wrote her up but they put notices on the spot that it was it 10 minutes zone. It did not have that before and everyone previously had parked there. She continued to get right ups for things that were not true so she went to HR again and was told that because it was happening in the parking lot it wasn’t workplace discrimination. Plus they told her she was not a protected class. When she pointed out this was going into her

And that it was affecting her work and it didn’t matter if it happened in the parking lot or the bathroom it was an employee who was writing her up HR change your story and blamed her. When she pointed out everyone else used to park there and they put signs up after her complaint The HR had told her “you keep telling yourself that story”

I hope you have another job set up, because that sounds like a place you don't want to be. Quit (after finding another place to work) and seeing you can help the co-worker.
