Hey mike, quick question. The way you’re foam rolling is in parallel with the muscle fibers of the glutes, wouldn’t it be better to rotate the foam roller 90* and roll across the glutes 9-3 instead of 12-6?
Nice review. How do you feel about on your back, putting foot on knee, pressing down. Then, there's the sitting on the butt, heels on ground and rotating knees to either side. Any other recommendations?

I am aware that practice, preparation and conditioning in golf is "7 day".....thing. What you did 7 days ago matter today. What you practice today before today's game start, wont have significant influence on your performance. That's why continues daily practice is essential to consistant performance qnd success. There exsist huge lack of knowledge regarding this. There is no quick fix or shortcuts. A master carpenter or artist painter became so skillfull because its his daily routine. The more you do it....the more skillful you become.
Soon after reading these golf swing techniques , Jοmtοnο Naha (Go ogle it) and exercising the drills as I read, I went out and also shot a 73. Another achievement I`ve made is hitting 13 of 18 greens in regulation. I also almost hit the green with a range of Five to ten yards on the other Five holes. 73s isn`t a natural thing for me since I have a handicap of 9. When I think about it, I haven’t had a superb round for a long time.
