What foot do you use to get as close as possible to the tubing? Great video though- thank you
Would a cording foot work as well?
I had never used cork material before. Where can I get it and is it expensive? I very curious about the material.
What matching did you sew this on? Thanks for the info !!
Those are so neat. I just made a bag for my daughter and these will be perfect : Where do you get cork fabric
Sara sells heaps of varieties of cork fabric on her website: sewsweetness.com/product-category/fabric/cork?v=8e3eb2c69a18
💝
Can we make it on fake leather also
I was wondering if it would be okay to share the pattern you have given us for an upcoming class I will be teaching? I would, of course, tell them where it came from and they could see if from the printed pattern. thanks,
Hey Lissa, Would you please email sara@sewsweetness.com and I'll reply there? thanks :)
Heard about some people putting plastic tubing in the handles, but not sure where to get that?
DIY stores or ebay
Aquarists stores and some pet shops have it in a variety of diameters, it's used for fish tanks and ponds.
Great technique.
However.......so much waste of such and expensive textile!
Thank you!
