- Last video, I did a while rice experiment revolving around the finger trick. The problem with that is, I had lots of rice leftover. The good thing is also that I had a lot of rice leftover. So, this video, I wanted to see if I could make risotto from pre-cooked rice and see how it turns out. Where I got this idea from is that I know restaurants would cook the risottos 80% of the way to prep it. Then when it is ordered, cooks would cook it the rest of the way. So I thought pre-cooked rice would be a similar idea. Let me know if you enjoyed this one and what else you would want to see from me!

Ingredients (Serves 1-2)
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup parm
1/2 shallot
2 cloves of garlic
1/4c white wine
1 cup chicken stock (you may need more. I would have about 2 cups on hand if you are following this recipe exactly)
