This Sicce Syncra SDC Return Pump is the definition of the most BANG for your buck! ➡ Sicce Syncra SDC 6.0 (530-1450 GPH) : brs.li/BRS_SicceSyncra_SDC6 ➡ Sicce Syncra SDC 7.0 (800-1900 GPH) : brs.li/BRS_SicceSyncra_SDC7 ➡ Sicce Syncra SDC 9.0 (1000-2500 GPH) : brs.li/BRS_SicceSyncra_SDC9
Can't wait to get mine installed and get rid of this Current pump. Current can sit on the shelf as a backup at this point. Sicce makes crazy good pumps and the team over there is top notch!
I recently asked Neptune about Apex compatibility for this pump and they had no idea what I was talking about. They had never even heard of this pump and said it would only have on off capability via the outlet control. Also in my research I haven't ben able to find any info on this pumps apex compatibility. Im still going to buy the pump, im just a little confused about the conflicting info on apex compatibility.
I have the same 7.0 Syncra SDC … it does not give me a temperature reading. It just shows “- - F” on the app. My other device which is an XStream shows a temperature reading. Does the Syncra SDC 7.0 really have a built in temp sensor? I dont think Sicce customer support is good. I have tried to call them for days and it goes straight to voicemail without return calls. Please assist if you can. Thanks.
All of the SDC pumps from 3.0 to 9.0 should have built-in water temperature sensors. Sorry to hear that you've been having a bad experience with their support team. Surprised to hear that as we've always had positive experiences. Try shooting them an email. This is the email I have for their US based support team: Sicce - infous@sicce.com
The Sicce SDC return pumps do use a union style fitting. You can use either barb fittings or one of the other adapters. If you're hard plumbing, there is a 1" NPT adapter that you'll most likely utilize. That said, I would suggest using the included barb fitting, running a short section of 1" silicone tubing to reduce noise from vibration, then connect to hard plumbing.
As long as the pump stays fully submerged, that shouldn't be an issue. That said, you may want to hold off for now as Sicce is getting ready to release their SDC 3.0, which is a smaller version of the pumps featured in this video.

Your very good at selling but your better than just a salesman.BRS should give you other vids to do as well as this.
Thanks Mick!
Hey guys! Clean your skimmer cup just a remember lol 😂
i bought a Sicce 7.0 for my new build because Thomas basically sold it to me with this video.
They're awesome pumps! 🙂
I love my sdc 6 and the apex compatibility is an amazing plus
Glad to see a company supporting Apex compatibility (here’s looking at YOU ecotech...)
I have this pump it's great. Only bad thing for me I have to use the app to control it. I could never get the remote to work.
Can’t decide between this or the maxspect turbine?

Thomas is a hoot!
Wish i could get one to Thailand without having to mortage my house with shipping. 😭😭😭
Hi... Can you guys ship to South Africa? Especially with this covid restrictions?
That's great but how loud is it?
Very quiet. Basically couldn't hear it. Pretty standard for any quality pump these days :)
Dude you gotta start selling those t shirts.
Coming soon! 😉
Can you please clarify the “control through fusion?”
It's not out yet, but it's coming. Control of the Sicce pumps using Neptune's IOTA (internet of things aquarium). :)

Can you tell them to fix the app? I’ve given up. It crashes and will not let me log in
Where can we get your shirt, i need one
Working on getting them on the website as we speak 😉
Is the outlet metric or standard? And what size is it? And does it use a slip union?

@@BRStv Does it come with a 3/4 union?
Can I mount it vertically? It is too wide for my AIO chamber.

Got 6.0 it leaks
Do we have a date for the IOTA release?
Not quite
Your personality is more interesting than anything saltwater ..I wish this channel would switch to 50/50 salt/fresh
Is the fusion Intergrated yet?
Yes! The Sicce SDC pumps can be integrated with the Neptune Apex via IoTA.
Does anyone know if this pump has a soft start feature?
Still waiting for that Fusion integration...
Rumor has it that it's currently being beta tested by Neptune and Sicce.
