Honestly i think you should stay ln the krinkels normal animations, most animators "fix" things that arent broken and add weird unnecesary effects to the animations, like upgraded lighthing, upgraded recoil, adding women with an overwhelmigly massive personality, eyes, mouths, hair. I think that krinkels is attempting to get that 2007 animation style with some nice touchs, but some animators dont get it
the guy is called the "Auditor" he's not evil per say but he's like a modderator to reality, a very shitty reality considering hank just bursts into random killing sprees for no reason ending in the world being hyper corrupted.
Also, I'm pretty sure the Auditor took control of Hank at the end. Or, he healed him and cut him a deal of some kind. He clearly only wanted Hank and Sanford to kill Tricky, or get him out of Hell, because the Auditor wants control over Nevada, in the same way he has absolute control over Hell. The Auditor can rewrite reality in Hell, at will. That was all the code stuff when he froze time. We've seen the Auditor work with code before in Nevada, but he was always using various machines with a bunch of staff, who were helping him make smaller decisions/changes to reality. In Hell, it seems like he's set loose, making any changes he wants, whenever he wants. So, my guess is he simply wants to keep doing that kind of thing in Nevada, obtain absolute control over reality, and kill anything that tries to stop him.
So basically they are in the shadow guys own section of hell and when tricky was absorbed he took over their body and their dominion over their hell, or something like that. So mr shadow man was helping hank to get rid of the clown by giving his arm back and giving him some extra weaponry. Stanford got extra weapons because tricky is insane and just wants people to fight and kill, so he gave him the tools to do so.

Then the electricity started to grow a hand on Hanks lobster arm. After that point, the Halo starts to electrocute, and harm the Auditor. Thats what the red splotches on him are. Wounds. "Keystone fragment compatability has been compromised" The Auditor discovers a solution for this: absorbing people. It heals his wounds, as well as making him bigger and stronger. The Keystone Fragment also gave Hank electric powers, which can also harm the Auditor. He still has this in madness 11. There's no lore reason as to why Hanks lightning color changed from blue to white. Krinkels said it was just a design choice.
