I just want to say that your videos make me so happy. When i was a kid, i always wanted to learn how to cook, bake or anything food related, but as i grew up, my chances of making my dream come true just disappeared. So, watching you make this videos since you were a kid, just makes me happy cause i know someone else is doing what i always wanted. Also i learn so much watching them. Keep going
🥺🥺thank you, it's never too late to start though!! I believe everyone can learn to cook! Just start with the small things like making a home cooked meal once a week, best of luck😊
I just made this but I used gluten free all purpose flour and the loaf is so bomb!! Definitely saving this recipe 🥰 thanks so much for sharing Jasma 💗💗
Finally made this today! The cake turned out super well and the house smelled of lemon and earl grey. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe, it’s definitely a keeper! 💖
Most people who watch this channel do not have a stand mixer. It'd be nice if you could make the cake by hand - you know, to show your audience how to do it. The cake looks delicious. And the 'drizzable" was cute - it's "drizzle-able", by the way! (Neither are actual words, though!) I will definitely be making this to honor my friend's 64th birthday - he's coming over today and this cake of yours looks easy, and I have all the ingredients at hand. Thanks again, Jasma.
Stan mixers are all about convenience and saving on muscle. The visuals show you how the resulting mix looks, for someone without an automatic mixer of any sort.... just beat manually until it looks right! lol
Jasma, I made your lemon tea cake loaf. It was delicious. Your videos are always so easy to follow and so well made. I really like the loaf pan you used in this recipe. Which brand and what size is it?
I love your recipe! I’m going to make it tomorrow. I’m making it for a school project and was wondering if you can add earl grey tea leaves in the cake batter would it change anything? Also my milk for the milk tea got skim in it. Did yours? And did you take it out? Thank you
Hey! Glad to hear that! I think if you want to leave the leaves in the batter it would be good to blend it up a bit so they're not such large chunks. I'm not too sure what you mean by the milk forming skim, could you specify?
2:29 I really appreciate your explanations about each method! 😊 Question: do you know if this recipe holds well after being frozen? I'm trying to reduce sugar consumption, but I still want to make this cake 😅 so I want to eat a bit and save the rest
Ooh I've never tried freezing cakes before but I think it could be possible. The texture would be a bit different I'd imagine so perhaps just make them in smaller quantities?
@@JasmaFusionCuisine Thanks for the reply! I tried to freeze some other cakes before and it worked well. But it probably depends on the recipe. Yes, I can try to make less quantity 😅 but that means adjusting the mold size and the time, and I'm afraid to mess it up.
Anyone else too impatient to wait for naturally softened butter? (also how do we feel about the new intro👀)
I am ok as it's warm all year round here in Malaysia. Love your videos Jasma and your new intro looks good! What does 卉 mean? Is it your Chinese name?
I liked the intro! 👍🏻🙂
@Kye's Kitchen haha unfortunately Canada is less forgiving😔 Thank you and yes, it is my Chinese name!
Love the new intro!
Love your intro. And this sounds like a lovely recipe. I'll be trying it soon.
That introduction was definitively right on, almost like a movie just about to start. Love it
Tried this and LOVED IT!!! Cake was so simple to make yet so fragrant and soft. Try it too 100% no regrets
Wow I was literally looking for a recipe like this last week! You are a mind reader!
😎
Thus was the most relaxing cake making video I have ever watched. My mind is now at a level of peace I have never felt before. Thank you ❤️
Lemon and earl grey tea are two of my favorite flavors, so I can't wait to try this!

your videos are so underrated! I hope your channel gets more attention!
Why are you not at a million subscribers yet?
The algorithm and I have yet to become good friends😔
I gotta interact more then to help fix that
This is such a professional and satisfying video! Get this woman on Food Network! 🤍
Looks so yummy! I am going to make this today!🍵
Hi Jasma.
May i know what is the size of the loaf pan for this recipe?
Btw, love watching your videos 😋
i find this oddly relaxing
excellent
Looks delicious....thanks
One of my favorite bakery goods is a earl grey scone! would love to see a video on it :)
Hi Jasma, i believe 2g loose tea leaves is 1 tsp, not 1 tbsp!
The same error is also seen on your website
When I'm such a noob at baking that I over mixed the butter and the flour to the point where it forms a dough... good cake btw, citrus smells amazing
Hahaha I didn't even know that's possible....did it taste like bread??
@@JasmaFusionCuisine sorta it was kinda savory
Drizzable is so much cuter than drizzlable 😉
Agreed.

I really like the loaf pan you used in this recipe. Which brand and what size is it?
Tink your written recipe hv no eggs, is it 2 large eggs? 65g eggs each?
Hello there! Wonderful recipe ❤️ May I know if the texture is pound-cake like? Which means I need to let it sit for a day or so for the best texture?
Thanks 😊 and yes the texture is quite like pound cake but I actually like the texture best fresh.

@@JasmaFusionCuisine thank you for answering! I mean the milk forms like a skin when boiled at the top
What is the size of your loaf pan?
i love ur acc so much
❤️
What size of loaf pan to use for this recipe? Thanks.

Hi, Jasma. What is the size of the pan you used?
等看你的视频 加油啊!!!
may I ask the size of the loaf pan? ^^ thanks alot
😋😋😋😋
Are there any replacements for sour cream? I literally have everything except that 😅
Greek yogurt!
I’m so excited to make this! I will bring this to my picnic. 🧺
That sounds so nice🤩
Has anyone tried this regular (non-milk) earl grey tea?
How do you come up with these recipes!
I have a lot going on in my head🤷🏻♀️
Do we really need sour cream?
It adds so much moisture! You can also use greek yogurt.
🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦👏👏
Yum! Looks delicious
