I’m touched that you made an entire video response to it and I appreciate you taking a compassionate approach to what I said. I’m going through a particularly difficult and painful season of my life which is the result of many poor decisions and mental health struggles I’ve experienced all coming to a head. I know God isn’t to blame for the unfortunate mess that my life has become, but I do at times struggle with feeling abandoned by him. But I also am realizing that I haven’t really been trusting God to guide me in my life the way that I ought to. I’ve prayed to Him for years but my actions and decisions haven’t been a reflection of a faithful relationship with Him and that’s on me. You’re right, I need to strengthen my relationship with him in order to trust him and see him at work in my life. Thank you for your advice and encouragement.

I will pray for you Marie. I have myself prayed so many novenas that I now know most of them. I too am waiting on the Lord and have been waiting for many years. It may actually be my fault because I always say, may your will be done not mine.
Remember, that Jesus himself suffered in this world as did John the Baptist and all the apostles. So who am I to ask for more? The only thing I know is that God has his reasons for everything and his timing is perfect. If God allowed his own son to die on the cross, then we should be grateful that we have the little we currently have. Just remember that after Jesus died his life really began. Perhaps, God will answer both of our prayers when we are at our lowest. May God bless you and everyone else here in this comments section including the video commentator. Thank you Jesus for always being there for and working behind the scenes. Even when we are ungrateful for all you have done for us because we could not see it at the moment. Thank God you pulled through from that hellish health crisis. I'm happy He has blessed you immensely. I do relate to the comment in the beginning. I'm a little older than you and never had a girlfriend and not from a lack of trying. All I've ever wanted was to be a loving husband and father. People tell me all the time I'll find someone some day. Which is nice thing to hear and I want to believe them, but the truth is not everyone is meant to be married. It does make me sad that lifelong singleness is a possible plan God has for me. But I remind myself that God owes me nothing. What you said about praising God in all things really hit home. He has already blessed me so much. It will be a hard cross to bear if God wills me to be single forever, but I have to be okay with that and be content in Him alone.
Your outlook is really beautiful. When I was single for 9 years I got to that point too. I believed I was called to be a wife and mother but I trusted that God would satisfy my heart if He wasn't calling me to my vocation. I'm praying that God leads you to the vocation. The world needs good holy men to be Husbands and fathers.

I always get sick and it can get very tiring and frustrating. My grandma always tells me Jesus doesn’t want you to go to hell so that’s why you’re always sick. It makes so much sense now. Thank you for this video!! I will bear my cross and keep offering my suffering.

your videos have really helped me get closer to my catholic faith. its nice to see a community also. going through a break up I don't understand. I thought he was the one to marry and was excited. I'm mourning but try every day to continue to grow my faith and trust God.

I am so grateful to God for finding your channel, I hope you keep on posting videos and talking about your life…I feel like you’re an older sister♥️ I’m in a season right now where I feel low; I’m 29, single, and not financially where I had hoped to be. I have a lot of negative thoughts that I will never be successful, but I’m going to start doing what you said and start praising God in those moments.

Praying for God to guide you! God will make a way. You just have to have the courage to follow His promptings. I love living in Texas. I think there is a vibrant Catholic community here. But from what I hear there are a lot of great spots for young single Catholics. The trick is to get plugged into the community. Once you find one group you find out about so much more. Like I thought there were no young Catholic groups here until I started looking into it.
I’m 25 and in a relationship I’m trying hard to discern. Unfortunately I do feel like God is calling me to leave this man. However I love him and he is my best friend in a new town that I moved to 2 years ago. I’m afraid of breaking up with him because he’s the best I’ve ever had and he has a relationship with the Lord but he is a Protestant. I feel like God is calling me to be alone but I’m scared.. please pray for me. Your videos pop up on my feed after I pray the rosary and you make me feel so much better.
Aww I'm so glad to hear that my videos make you feel better. Praying for God to help you clearly discern your relationship. I was so afraid to break up with my college boyfriend. I went to adoration a lot and asked the Lord to be very clear with me. God made it extremely clear that I needed to let the relationship go. Once we broke up I had so much peace. I knew it was the right decision. I don't know what the right answer for you is but God does. Go to Adoration as much as possible. It will help.

New subscriber here. Thank you for doing this. It's a great reminder. I praise God several, several times a day but always seem to forget to praise Him when I'm struggling. When I'm being tested, I think 'How AM I going to handle this?!' We still have so much to learn.

Thank you so much for sharing this, your videos already help me so much. Sometimes I get really frustrated, even with small things. I'm trying to change that and have a more positive attitude, especially when it's difficult. I also see, that I need to trust the Lord more than I do now. There are things I'm struggling with, I can get pretty impatient and frustrated. I can also be quite lazy and right now I have no idea what my calling/ my purpose in life is. I'm praying about all this to the lord and you're really encouraging me to do so. Could you please pray for me as well? I'd be very grateful for that.
