In my area we can only get rain 4G. I complained that every holiday the speed drops to 0.2Mbps. They just said I must buy an external antenna. So I did. Still no better. After more complaints they finally told me "maybe rain isn't meant for you"
I am having the exact same trouble. TERRIBLE speed, takes hours for anything to happen, im now losing money because i am unable to work as a result and have spent 5 days trying to get hold of them. I get the same BS automated response that "Help is on the way" but never arrives etc. etc.
Everybody that has had rain have issues . Installed a roof antenna for better signal 1.5k and still issue persisted . They are using 3rd party towers and priority is to the tower owner my phone in home does better speeds than rain ever will. Never again total scam to catch fools i was caught. Luck fibre entered our town now its herotel all the way
Report them to the ISP I got the same type of bill and I haven't been using it. They infringing your constitutional rights IT IS ILLEGAL because you are not legally bound to keep paying rain if you don't use it

the sale perion made promices he cood not keep and told my gf that she is geting a month free but se was oferd a promosion of level 5 and the she must down grade to level 1 by month end and now thy are charging her 1784 rand and now thy are not geting back to her

And supposed to be month to month, I've received an outstanding amt of R2900 from these people that you can barely get hold of anyways.

Thats why im going for fibre i pay 50 rand less a month for better service and unthrottled speed
