I pick Moshae (for the Angara mostly), cause I hate Tann, picking the Krogan may get the whole thing rowdy, & Bradley is busy enough.
The Angara seemed mad about me choosing Bradley, but I mean the Milky Way races kinda did most of the work.
it's still angara's home and milky way races are the aliens who came to their residence from outside, in other words, thats like saying "i did this for us so we represent your home now"

Morda is the worst choice. She is a tyrant. I would never choose her, I really do not care if Krogan crew is mad. I'm not choosing Raeka, even though I love her because Tann's ego. It's Bradley for me. Moshae is great but she is already a leader for her ppl but won't really be that voice the Initiative needs.

Honestly this position doesn't make much sense. Why don't the angaran have their own representative, and the initiative have its own (like a small council of mayor's from each colony)? Like I would assume the milky way species and the angaran still need time to commingle and come to terms with eachother. Feels like we're just running to home from second base; it's why I picked Bradley, because I figured I was still worried about initiative business.
I mean the humans in the first game only got a council seat after YEARS of work, after a very equally lengthy amount of time of introduction to the council races at the time, but here it just seems like they're trying to shove angarans down your throat.

I would choose krogan, if the choice was Kesh. Morda can only snarl, she has diplomacy skills of armed nuclear bomb. Otherwise Moshae shows wisdom and diplomacy skills needed for job. Raeka is good choice too in my opinion. Bradley is too provincial.

out of all the choices Bradley seems like the best option. (my assumption is like with the salarian pathfinder (tann just wants a salarian in charge) it's either Bradley or... whomever the head is if you choose a science outpost.)
The job of the pathfinder is not to sit in an embassy, they are the explorers.
The Angara choice doesn't work for me because the milky way races did most of the work. not to mention I feel they are going to get a superiority complex after they learn that they were created for this cluster and so it might be their right. they were obstructionist from the get go.
The Krogan is the joke choice. Maybe giving her the title will change her personality into more professional in mea2.
Bradley helps you out constantly in the game, he is a part of multiple loyalty missions and is your human backup. go go Cerberus 2.0*

Agreed, i went with the Moshae because it seemed like the ultimate trust move to create that bond. Bradley is cool and all but i felt he was too much of a background character. I had to go bradley who? for a second. I would have given the krogan the spot if they had a more reasonable leader, because i think they do need a leadership position in the fold.
If the krogan had a leader like wrex i would have chosen him but morda seem like she would start wars and it would suck if everyone had to gang rape the krogan again

Tann pisses me off so didn't choose the Salarian. Moshae gave me shit for not destroying the facility. Bradleys boring. So Morda it was. Still doesn't reply to me though.

I picked the krogan on my first run and I have to say I'm really disappointed she still just growls at you.
I would rather be eaten by a fiend than vote for Morda! She's lucky I let her keep the Remnant core! My vote will always go to either Bradley, Raeka, or the Moshae.
All ambassador choices have a reaction well. no idea if Morda does she refuses to talk to you.
Honestly the game is not perfect but i'm it has extreme potential, if there is a sequel.
I'm so disappointed that Morda still grunt at me even though I choose her, Bradley prefer simple life, I don't like Tann thus I will not consider any Salarian pathfinder, so I decided my final choice is Morshae. :)

tbh helius is home to the angara therefore it makes sense to let the ambassador be an angaran.

@@ahriisnotakitsune Raeka can't govern, hell she can't even pathfind, she goes into stasis while her people are being tortured for science, and then when she does pathfind she goes to save a group of people and gets herself and those people killed. I always choose the Krogan over Raeka, sorry to say. I have come for the sole purpose of saving the Salarian Ark, I can get behind giving a helping hand, I can't get behind carrying the Salarian Pathfinder if she wants to kill herself protecting more of her people, she should do so on her own. The Krogan got captured while scouting, I like Drack and we always put everyone else over the Krogan for some obscure reasons. An exalted Krogan is worse than an exalted Salarian I dare say, so yeah Krogan over Raeka all day.

i don't even see the point of a single ambassador to the nexus... colony ambassadors to the nexus might make sense once theres sufficient population
I just randomly thought of it: when comes the day that we get to choose to be a different species than human.
Everyone is giving logical reasons why they chose whoever. Mine was process of elimination + pettiness. Hayjer/Raeka will be too busy as PF, Morda is nuts and Moshae acts passive-aggressive when things don't go her way (it pisses me off). So, Bradley it is. He's like choosing Anderson for the council. He obviously doesn't want the job, and isn't the most qualified for the job but he hasn't pissed off. Plus it's a temp gig for a position that makes no sense to me.
Why is everyone being an ass if you choose Pathfinder Raeka? She's literally the only one qualified to be an ambassador, which requires political skills and getting disparate groups to work together. She was being groomed for being Salarian Dalatrass, making her the only one in the Initiative with political training, and her background states she has a reputation of being a charismatic leader and problem solver. Just because Tann is a dweeb doesn't mean the default should be go against all Salarians, that's racist.

These little videos are good to see responses, but does it really matter who is chosen? I mean does it have any effect on how the story plays out? One thing I have found in this game, not many choices you make really change anything in the end. At least not that I have found so far.
I assume it will affect the next game, but now we don't even know if that's coming

This is one of MANY decisions in the game the human pathfinder shouldn't be making smh Pathfinders aren't politicians, just like spectres weren't. Secondly, if they were considering Raeka, why not the other Pathfinders? Why just Raeka? Regardless, I always picked the moshae
Tann selected Raeka strictly bcz I wanted a Salarian in charge.
It's Tann that bullshitter and idiot would want Salarian in control so he can pull strings from behind and pull other stupid stunts. He would feel enpowered by Reaka/Hayjer and would try different stunts against other Nexus leaders. He needs to be put in his place. Any other choices with ambassador will put him in that place

Andromeda is a great game. The problem people seem to have with Andromeda, is they're over-expecting. After it was stated that the dev team needed more time to complete the game, and EA said no. Not to mention it's a completely different dev team who made Andromeda. Yes, they helped in ME3. But they're not the original team. Everyone wants Andromeda to be like the trilogy, and it's never going to be. If someone goes in expecting that. They're gonna have a bad time. And I also have to ask, because everyone who seems to dislike Andromeda hasn't even played, so. Have you even played Andromeda?
Oh really Bioware had 5 years to make this game that is more than enough for any AAA devs team
Wrong. They more or less started finally completely working on it in 2014. Writing up the code, drawing the models, etc. Because they had moved to the Frostbite engine, which meant everything they had from the original trilogy WAS NOT there. Everything had to be remade from scratch. Absolutely everything. They had a lot of problems with it at first too because it was a brand new team. The original team that worked on the trilogy wanted to work on a new IP basically too. So the new team was comprised of people who wanted to work on the ME universe because of the original team. While they had members of the original team there too, it was still probably a bit of touch and go because everyone has ideas they want to do, and pitch it to the head of the team. It also matters that they had to go get outside help from people who worked on Frostbite for the facial animations, and other things. Example. The Nomad. They asked the developers of Need For Speed to give them some tips, and pointers to make sure the Nomad handled properly.
Let's also throw in the fact that the "standard" build for PC they used to design the game. There was possibly only a hundred people play testing the game. We'll use that as just a baseline. You have those people extensively play testing what they're told to play test, and check bugs on. They used generally more or less the same build throughout the group. Those computers are gonna have the same hardware, and same software. Whereas when you get to the consumer computers. They're gonna have different hardware, and software. They have to take that into account, and write even more coding up, more models, etc. So it doesn't just completely shit on itself while the game is running. Example. Particle effects. From none, to ultra. They have to more or less write up a line for each of the settings for it. And those lines can be anywhere from fifty characters to two hundred characters long. Copy, and paste is a thing, yes. But sometimes when you copy, and paste coding. It fucks up pretty bad. Going through a bit of coding during school. You get taught to always triple check the coding if you copy, and paste; rather than type it out each time. And that's a lot of reading more or less too.
So yeah. When they say they need more time to finish the game up. They probably need more time
