  • 班兰鸡的做法🐔用班兰叶包裹腌制的鸡胸肉,炸出来带着一股浓厚班兰叶的香气,吃起来香嫩入味,做法简单又好吃❤️
    食材:2块鸡胸肉,1把香菜,50克蒜,30克红葱头,姜,2根香茅,1勺蚝油,1勺黄姜粉,1勺鱼露,1勺白糖,1勺生抽,少许胡椒粉,2勺玉米淀粉,1把斑兰叶
    1)鸡胸肉切成长条再切块备用
    2)1把香菜,50克蒜,30克红葱头,姜,2根香茅搅碎,倒入肉中加入1勺蚝油1勺黄姜粉1勺鱼露1勺白糖1勺生抽少许胡椒粉2勺玉米淀粉抓拌均匀腌制一天
    3)1把斑兰叶洗干净抹干剪段,取一块肌肉用斑兰叶卷起来,再用牙签定型
    4)热锅热油,用中火慢炸,炸至10分钟左右,炸到两面金黄色就可以锅了
    5)香喷喷的斑兰鸡就做好啦❤️
