Jungle Boy is really reflective. Very impressive. He seems so grounded for the son of a bonified star (people who are a bit younger might not appreciate how popular Luke Perry was when 90210 and NKOTB were popular.
No disrespect to the other wrestlers Simon interviewed over that weekend, but I love that jungle boy did a longer interview. All the others I believe were sub-2 minute interviews
yeah they need to work with him on his promos. now that AEW soon will be on max. and with all the good things that are happening with AEW he needs to work on it. maybe with an acting coach. that helped alot of famous wrestlers.
I think the guy is comfortable in his own skin, and he isn't over the top, which most wrestlers have to be to get attention, so they think he is disrespectful. He doesn't have to be the center of attention. Dude grew up with a famous dad, has a famous girl, he loves wrestling, but isn't the same as the rest. I think some think every comment he says is real, pretty sure he is playing/ribbing for the most part, but he isn't going to do the style some bigger, over-the-top people are, it's just what it is.
I've seen the kinds of people who complain about how they're treated at wrestling conventions. To be blunt, I wouldn't trust you to tell me what day it is let alone how well/poorly someone treated you.

It's crazy to think that Jungle Boy was originally just enhancement talent on Dark. Now he's in the main event of a PPV.
He was always seen as a future star. They had him in the ring with Jericho just a couple of months after Dynamite's first episode.
