I totally get what you’re saying about being in the moment during events - I always try to take at LEAST one picture so I remember SOMETHING with my little goldfish brain
Writing question: do you ever get tired of the story you’re writing? Especially since you always go back and edit what you’ve already written. (I find myself getting bored with the story before I finish the draft and then I have no motivation to go around for draft 2… Though your videos always help with motivation! Thanks for that ❤)

for the Q&A: how to do you choose what book idea to work on? i'm having such hard time overthinking marketability, questioning what idea i would have the most fun writing, etc. nothing stands out as the "perfect" idea so i don't know how to choose.

For your writing Q&A, I'm having a hard time deciding whether to try and self publish my book vs getting up the courage to try to get it published traditionally, especially since I'm worried about editors wanting to remove the things I think are important. How did you decide (or get up the courage) to publish Again But Better knowing that someone might try to change something about the book that you love?

I know some stories follow the heroes journey, others follow save the cat, and I was wondering if there was a method or a mix and match of methods that you preferred!

Hey Christine, thank you for making these videos!! they are so inspiring and encouraging to my writing process. I have a question for the QnA: how do you keep your characters and their vibes so consistent. As a panser, I'll start with these grounding stones and connections to the world for my characters, but by the end of what i'm writing they are such different people, which, yay full arc, but how do you weed out what about them should be grown out of and changed through the novel and what is just who they are?? Keep doing what you're doing, can't wait to pre order these books!!!
I’m glad I’m not the only one who forgets certain things are self care for me. I really have to make myself make time for reading, and when I do it of course makes me feel so good.

I really want to publish my novel the traditional way, but I don't know how to get started with a publisher and I'm also nervous that some things that I love about my book might have to be taken out. So how did you decide to publish your first book the traditional way and how did you start it? Also, did you have to make major changes to the book that you didn't want to?
How do you get motivation to write? I am struggling so much right now... And how do you write scenes that are more character developy rather than action and not make them seem like filler?
hey Christine! So I want to write so badly but I really don’t know how to do like an “outline” to start off a book like I can go through all of the world building and create all the characters but I can’t figure out how to lay out how I want their journey progress if that makes sense…
I feel like I don’t have what it takes to be an author because I can’t figure it out
