Seriously it boggles my mind how like NECA can make an excellent 9 inch alien figure for like $25 but then there are other people who make smaller ones like this for like quadruple the price even if it includes other accessories, this don’t feel like a good price at all for what you get.
Have one. What people need to understand is that this is a TAKEYA piece; the proportions are a DELIGHT. Everything "clicks" together in this harmony of beautiful shapes, if you want quality, you have to pay for it. If others are happy with cheaper stuff then more power to them.
Got the figure last week. It‘s a very nice figure to make pictures with and the translucent dome is great for making some really effective photos and posters. The only downsides are that it is quite small for the price and that the big menacing teeth, one of my main selling points in the promotional pictures, have been changed. It‘s still a very solid figure overall. And it‘s the Mafex Alien which has the chestburster. That one looks like the closest to the actual suit, especially the mouth.
Got the figure! The sculpt is really beautiful but for 90 bucks I think it´s very expensive considering the size. Not bad but for budget reasons I stick with the NECA figures, despite the QC issues.

NECA: Bigger, Cheaper and Better. This shit doesn't even look a bit like the promotional images, the teeth and the paint sucks!! It even looks like a fake figure!!
Gonna have to disagree there. It's very close - nothing looks exactly like the protos, especially NECA - and the paint is really nice, though admittedly the silver could be better. Not a $90 figure, but I have confidence this won't break on me unlike several of my NECAs.

What issues have you had? I've had plenty of more issues with NECA than any other brand I've ever purchased. Nearly every release has had something wrong with it - mantis alien broken parts out of the box, broken striker eureka after two months of being non the shelf, pennywise with a broken waist, Ash Williams with an unglued chainsaw, turtles with derp eyes, Godzillas with broken tails, Leatherback with deformed hand, warped legs on genocide aliens, 18" Knifehead with stressed plastic.out of the box - and plenty more on the shelf with broken parts or pictures from collectors saying it's "dope" but showing clear issues.

thanks for the video, I´m still waiting for mine It is quite expensive if compared to other brands, anyway Takeya is a great artist and seen many of his works although in this single work in painting, some points against are the tail and height. Also I think an excellent version, the physiognomy is more bestial, I hope it comes soon.

They must have fakes on eBay at the moment 2020 cos I've just ordered one for 18 pounds lol it's really not worth 90 dollars crazy price yeah no mines fake lol

This figure is a great representation of the Big Chap xenomorph! Tons of details! But in terms of accuracy, not really. lol
