I love watching the manufacturing of items that people would walk by and think nothing of it as it seems to be such a normal structure or item in life and it doesn't sparkle have Bells or whistles it's just utilitarian
A portable bomb shelter for a cat or dog 🐶🐕
The problem with man of the manufacturing videos is, that's how it's done unsafely and with very old technology in third world countries.
The tip off is words like amazing, modern, highly skilled, in the titles. Most often there are much more advanced techniques, much safer, cleaner and energy efficient. And also using materials determined to be safe.
But you can make stuff much cheaper if you don't worry about any of those things. Modern, safe, clean and energy efficient manufacturing is devolving as it moves to third world countries, because people come cheap there. Sad! In many cases we are losing more than 100 years of innovation in manufacturing. And those innovations made things better in multiple ways.
@@professorg8383 I love watching the manufacturing videos from less developed countries.. if anything, watching someone make an item using countless tools il never be able to afford isn't helpful, it's off-putting. Necessity is the mother of all invention and some (not all though) of the workarounds/alternative/improvised methods and tools I've seen from India, Africa etc have on occasion been borderline genius - and have still got the job done.
I was without enough clamps to make a frame once and thanks to a guy who didn't even have shoes on his feet I discovered the windlass.
Not saying its better, but an alternative perspective is always worthwhile and some of these guys can be proud of their work considering the extra labour they put in with minimal equipment.

Way better than blow molding IMO. Sure it's cheaper and faster, but blow molding gives you way less consistent results, and you can't achieve anywhere near the level of detail that you can with rotation molding so most blow molded vessels either look flimsy and featureless, or they're way too over built in areas where support is needed but can't be easily achiever due to limitations of blow molding, so the aesthetics of the final shape suffer.

Great work making these hard canisters.
Really awesome! Not really mass production though unless you speed up the video 😉
I think mass production is more like factories of machinery doing all of these tasks automatically and spitting out hundreds of tanks a day. This is very much handmade, which isn't bad, but isn't quite mass production. They're efficient for not having automated machines, that's for sure!
That's why these things are damn expensive
What do you think they're doing, a school project?
Yeah, in Europe I wouldn't call this mass production...
