    Great job! May I ask why you had to run so late at night?

      @briandevore3605, Thanks for the kudos. I run late at night (sometimes after midnight) because of family and work obligations. However, I am trying hard to get back to daytime running (and sleeping at night). I have skipped some nights in the quest to get back on the day schedule for my exercise workout sessions. However, whenever I miss a day from running I put on a pound or so in weight gain. It is exceptionally easy for my body to put on weight. Unfortunately, it usually takes one whole week to drop one pound. This past week, I went from 140 pounds to 144. For that reason, it is hard to stick to my vow to refuse to go out and run after midnight. But, refraining from running after midnight might be my last resort to reset my running schedule. Stay healthy!
