Kuzma has hit a decent amount of clutch shots before and a couple game winners. He's missed a few as well but I don't remember any player in nba history knocking down 100% of everything. Michael Jordan missed 26 game winning shots according to his own quote. And he's made 9. He missed more game winners than he made by almost 3 times. Over the course of a great players career you remember the impossible feats over their faults and shortcomings. By nature players are inconsistent, hence why we use averages. Half the time they're going to score below it. As it is right now I'm comfortable saying Kuzma is roughly as clutch as all the other "clutch" players in the league right now. He's shown he is capable of doing similar things repeatedly, though who knows, he can easily go up or down from here anytime there's a close game like any player can

On a championship level of competition you need a certain type of player on your side and its difficult to teach in those situations. It's certain things you have to go thru to become great and without those experiences it won't happen. Example Jordan losing to pistons, kobe airballs against Jazz, LeBron meltdown vs Mavericks, even Dirk losing to 8 seed warriors. You almost got to lose it all to gain that edge of greatness.

Kuzma could of been an All-star right now on another team if requested a trade this past summer. He choose to be a role player on the Lakers and he is doing his job well. He can give 20 ppg if needed. He has become one of the better rebounders and defenders in the league. The guy will come off the bench or start. Kuz is 6' 9" and can run up the court like a deer. He can guard 1-5. I know the premise of the show is Lebron vs fill in the blank but Kuz is Lebron's teammate. If AD is not around and Vogel let's Kuz shoot, he will have more offensive performances like this. If AD is there, Kuz offensive numbers will drop dramatically because AD and Lebron are high usage players. Kuzma could be a closer in the right situation but Lebron and AD are not letting that happen because they are better players.
