    Most of us are simply eating too much, whether it’s too often or too much per meal. Let’s stop talking about what to eat for a moment, and discuss when to eat.
    Stop Snacking. Restrict yourself to eating 3 meals a day - NO snacks! Constant snacking is spiking insulin levels and the sugar is backing up in the system creating insulin resistance.
    Intermittent Fasting vs Rotational Fasting. Intermittent Fasting is a very powerful tool when it comes to losing weight and lowering insulin but it can cause you to plateau.     Wow! This is great! Turns out I’ve been doing this all week ( except for the skipping dinner part). It just worked out that way this past week. Guess I’ll continue it and maybe skip dinner one day to try it out!

    I lost about 98 pounds and size 18 to size 6 doing rotational fasting. I also got rid of a lot of sugar. dairy, and grains. removed bad oils.

    One huge change I made for myself is--I’m a huge coffee drinker and I put milk in my coffee. Now the first thing in the day I changed to green tea with no milk. So I still have that cup in my hand but I don’t spike my insulin with the milk. I’ve noticed I’m not drinking as much coffee now and none after 7:30. Only green tea if I feel the need but I’ve increased my water intake

    Have recently been using IF. Wondered if I would plateau. Doing mostly because of liver damage and cholesterol changes caused by Remdesivere given when I had Covid almost a year ago. My doctor is not up on natural solutions. Looking forward to reading full training on fasting. Thank you.

    Can the DLG coffee interfere with IF process and can the butter/coconut oil cause LDL levels to go up?

      Very minimal impact on fasting and normally coconut oil helps HDL.

U explain things so clearly & not like other FAKE Dr's who do not care or give a damn about u & just give u meds, meds, meds. My Dr. just subscribedBlood Pressure meds, Bec he said my pressure looks toooo high. Ex: 140/93 & 150/92 & 160/111 & 146/93 &153/108 over the past few weeks. As of today, 2/27/2020 pressure was: 158/103 but I REFUSE to take Blood pressure meds & I know I'll probably be on these meds for Years. Sooo I'm gonna get your book & learn & practice your views & see what happens. THANKS. 😊

      Make sure you are drinking half your body weight in ounces of water daily. Focus on cleaner protein like free-range chicken and wild-caught fish. Try going to bed an hour or two earlier to drive down the cortisol and increase your weight loss!     I have low blood sugar and it seems like no matter what I eat causes a drop...also can I intermittent fast?

      Blood sugar levels are supposed to fluctuate, especially when we are going through the process of insulin sensitivity. Most common things that throws the blood sugar, is cortisol (while you sleep) and how your liver is now cleaning and processing sugars, and switching your engines from sugar burning mode to fat burning mode.
