- September 2020 we stayed at Selkirk Shores State Park. We were disappointed to not find any beach glass. Our site backed to the water, on top of the bluff, but there were a lot of trees blocking the view. The sites that back to the bluff are spacious lengthwise. The rest f the loop was fairly tight, although all the sites now have electric. Sites have been renumbered so be sure to check with the park as the ADK site photos were out of date at the time of this writing.
In addition to spectacular sunsets over one of the Great Lakes, visitors to Selkirk Shores State Park can expect outstanding fishing and popular hiking and biking trails that lead to a lush mix of meadows and woodlands.
Take full advantage of the views! Bring your binoculars - the park is directly in the migration route for a wide variety of bird species. Or, pitch a tent and stay awhile. Campsites are available directly overlooking a bluff on Lake Ontario.
Small boats can be launched from the Pine Grove site into the Salmon River, while larger boats can be launched from the Mexico Point Boat Launch on the Little Salmon River.
Looks like a beautiful campground! Thanks for sharing Pam! 🤙🏽🖐😃♥️
Thank you for this introduction to this park and its available camping/overnight accommodations 😃 it looks very beautiful!!
Some relatives lived in pulaski and I spent a lot of time there growing up. Thanks for the video!
Pretty place 🙂
Very kewl !
Gotta love those conservation era campgrounds. We have a few close by now owned or maintained by A mountain club. Always enjoy thinking back 9n what that era was like and where the people would have congregated and lost pocket change for me to recover. Any rock hounding in that area? Take care and good luck in your travels this season.
