I don't want much but I always come back to The Vinton. The layout is on point and has a real comfy lived in feel - not too big and excessive like some homes with basements and elevators etc. Wouldn't be able to justify such excess in a world where so many are hungry and homeless.

Of all the Toll Brothers homes, this is by far the best. I love almost everything about it. Great use of space. Close to my perfect dream home, just a few changes here and there eg: a gym, extra bedroom (the master bathroom is just far too big for me). Since I saw this video, I have been in lah lah land, dreaming my life away (all the way from Australia).

I really like the layout of this house. It is by far the best of all the Toll Brothers videos/houses I have seen. In it's footprint, it is the best use of space, -an architectural masterpiece. My friend use to be a finish carpenter for Toll Brothers (and other custom home builders), but I think Toll Brothers pulled out of the Bay Area/Silicon Valley market a long time ago. It's all about location, but your money goes so much farther in Texas, Georgia, the South/Southeast, Midwest, etc.

Beautiful home. Toll Brothers always build nice homes. I live in Bucks Country, many homes like this in my neighborhood. Toll Brothers built down the street from us. We built a Ryan home. Upper Bucks has beautiful homes. :)
A laundry room on the second floor would have been Ideal something for new builds to keep in mind, you can always make a small closet machine for a 1st, fl. bedrm. but really it would make better sense to have the laundry room up stairs! I love the Toll Brothers homes and the designers are amazing!

Love that the formal dining room has its own space and the semi circular windows are beautiful. I'd convert the laundry room to a prepping kitchen and I'd add the laundry room upstairs. I'd move that stunning master bedroom and master bath upstairs and make the kitchen bigger to use all that space. I'd have the mud room separate and maybe add a garden room. I love the game room and the living rooms connected with a kitchenette, but I'd make it overlook the downstairs area and make the game room an office. Living room ✔️ Formal dining room✔️ Big enough breakfast area✔️ I really think this house has most of what I'm looking for. All I need is the 💰.

This house is in flower mound tx. You can go visit it. The lady told me this house is 1.1 million. But the house starts at $600,000. My family and I are moving in this neighborhood.

I like this house a lot. Nice finishes and efficient lay out. I think the large pantry and the spacious laundry room will be appreciated by the home owner. The only issue I would have is with the small lot size for a house this big.
