This video helped me in deciding to buy this chair.You can get this chair at a great price on Ebay at the moment.I had a work accident that resulted in a massive back injury to me.I ordered this chair to help with my back problems and have not regretted it.The many customizable adjustments of this chair is a plus.I wouldn't be able to use a chair without this feature that allows 3 different intensity levels and different types of massages.I've had this chair about a year and have had no problems.The more you use the chair and check out it's many features the more you will love it.I would buy it again.Thanks again for the great video.I would have had a hard time buying this chair without it.

I just bought this chair off someone on fb marketplace for $500. THIS IS MINDBLOWING. I have a bad lower back that hurts 24/7 this chair made the pain completely disappear. Makes me want to cry from happiness. I'm a 420 pound guy and I regret not getting this sooner!
Great review, thank you. I use mine everyday, several times a day. I've had it for about 6 weeks now and have decided it's the best purchase I've made in a long time. When I first tried it the lower back part that you said could cause some pain, it did on mine as well, I was wondering if that was normal. I used a pillow as well for a while, now I'm used to it and enjoy it. It's the best, most comprehensive massage chair I've ever used, and that includes those at the airports and malls that you pay $5 for a massage. It's also enabled me to cut my trips for a hands on massage down to about one a month from 4 a month. That saves me a little over $200 a month. I paid $699 delivered, so in a couple more months it will have paid for itself. Then on out, it just saves me money, and I love the convenience of getting a great massage whenever I want one.
I've been using this chair 3 times a week about 30 min each time since I bought it brand new back in Jan 2016. It's been awesome to say the least. The only minor problem is the right arm now starts to squeak when the airbag is activated but other than that there is no other problem whatever and that I'd highly recommend it.

Thanks for the video - it was very helpful. I found the video trying to find where to plug the back cushion. I see other folks trying to find it but no answer. Because I saw you take the back plug and plug it somewhere in the back of the chair, I had an idea where to look. I found the plug not on the back of the chair but under the chair. Don't bother looking under the seat cushions, you actually have to lay low, near where the on/off button is on the back, now look up or reach up under the chair and you will find a long black tube hanging there. You can just barely plug the seat cushion but I found if you drop the back plug down through the chair, its easier to plug it in.
Do you still like it and how was the arm massage feature for you I have a Human touch chair and have to replace a $800 part to make it work again it was very expensive and I am not sure it is worth fixing......
I've had two Human Touch chairs that were twice the price of this one, half the features, both broken. Their customer service tells you to replace the most expensive part, no matter what the problem. Frayed chords, yeah, $600 complete back, pillow torn, $600 complete back (exaggerating, but not fat from the truth).
I've had the same chair for several years and I love it. Only thing I can't remember (can't find manual) is how do you fold it? I remember it folds in half to roll into another room and I can't find how to do it. Do you know?

Thanks for the video. Delivered it in our garage. We opened the box and put the back in upright position, making a clicking/engaging sound. This whole thing is quite heavy and bulky, so in open position, it is going to be a bear trying to take it in upstairs room. Any suggestion on how to fold the back down like it came in the box? The manual is not well written and says something about "moving position - put the back down" but doesn't really explain. Can you possibly put up a small video clip on doing that? BTW, you fast forwarded the actual set up, I could some help with that also. If you can do a step by step install, it would be very - very helpful. THANK YOU in advance.

Bought this about 6 months ago for my mom. At first I was in doubt.. and as a student, I didn't have 3k to spend on some of the other chain. She has arthritis and loves the chair.. I find it annoying and not helpful in anyway because I don't have any body ache. One thing to mention though, the hand and foot massage are more of a compression rather than actual rolling-balls.. idk what they're called.

How does it feel just to sit in, say to watch TV or eat at a TV tray. The chair in Brookstone felt quite uncomfortable just as a recliner.
