Rainy Track Day Highlights | Mazda RX-8

Ride along POV for a rainy track day in a Mazda RX-8. The weekend basically turned into a car control clinic, but the lack of speed on track was made up for by the speed needed from the hands. It was a blast drifting around pretty much everywhere, where every corner was a battle just to stay on track. This event was a combination HPDE and Time Trial hosted by Washington DC Region (WDCR) SCCA.
I run a relatively soft suspension setup and relatively modest camber settings compared to most track and autocross builds, so i think that helped in these low traction conditions. And my General AS-05 all season tires worked reasonably well as a full rain tire and even as an intermediate tire.

Thanks man! i don't put these together to try to get a ton of views... mostly just to have fun. people are more attracted to car reviews and modding and exhaust sound clips and things like that... i'm just a hardcore driver who wants to get the most from my car.
