Don't be embarrassed about including amusing puzzles like this. Anyone - well, anyone who remembers why they got into chess in the first place - should appreciate them once in a while. And this one's instructive for illustrating just how devastating discovered checks can be.
Normally even I dont like these puzzles. But surprisingly this one was really good and interesting. It was a good tactical thinking to win this and I really enjoyed it. Thank you very much and God bless you.
Rh8+ forces Black to Kg7, which does threaten the Bishop. It is easy to protect the Bishop or to escape the threat, but the black king can escape or do the queen sacrifice that leads to a promotion with perpetual checks. So Rh8+ is not a good move but the en passant check could get a rook & bishop for queen & bishop trade. Then the pawns promote.
Yes, I saw the solution. It's the typical windmill pattern. It can happen in real games: not as clear as this one but it can happen. It is not stupid, on the contrary, it is instructive.😊
Viewing now some real games with a "windmill," a new chess term for me. Is it best to resign immediately upon seeing one is after you, or allow your opponent some once in a lifetime fun?
Nothing at all silly about the puzzle, it was perhaps designed to teach players the "windmill" technique. Nice way of demonstrating the potency of it... XD
Since, as far as I am concerned, chess puzzles are about improving your game I am not fond of puzzles like this. I prefer puzzles that could happen in a real game between serious chess players.

Windmills in chess are always fascinating to see. So fun
That was lighthearted and entertaining. A little comic relief is always welcome, as far as I'm concerned.
Please don't call these fanciful & fascinating puzzles "silly", "stupid", or "crazy". That's an insult to Bondarenko's art.

Yes, for beginner only! I saw the whole idea immediatly. This puzzle is just a test to see if people have some experience in chess problems or not.
Windmills will always be a useful and sharp tactic. Quite a humorous puzzle in my opinion.
Not stupid, but a great puzzle for the festive season, thank you.
I do like these silly but ingenuous puzzles. Chess is such a serious game that you need some fun too.
Lovely puzzle. Harvesting the black pieces like this is so juicy. 😁
Could you elaborate on the part beginning at 2:22, I did not quite get it. How can black king attack the bishop?
If white moves the Rook to h8 for the check, black's King can go to g7 and threaten the bishop. Beyond that, it's out of my skill level.

As soon as you sacrificed the Rook, I started laughing.
Thank you so much, I really needed that after the last couple of days. 👍

This position shows the power of a windmill.
Interesting and inspiring puzzle. Truly fascinating.
I appreciate your work. Also, you sound like you're beginning to get over your cold, stay well.
Fun indeed !
Haha, good one!
Great
SENSACIONAL!

You’ve forgotten about en passant

Not even a puzzle.
I didn't watch it,🫣 I get seasick, 😀 but I like you nevertheless!😂
