Who won the eating contest?
tanjiro for sure 😂😂
@@LindaMamisashvili Gyu probably just ate slightly faster than he normally does while Tanjiro scarfed all the Soba down🤣
As for the ending, you have interesting associations. AOT's fourth opening “ Red Swan” features the same singer. Hyde is a Japanese rock legend. It is worth listening to the full version of “ Red Swan” as well as this ending “Tokoshie”. :)
As a child, Giyu was an honest boy who often laughed. However, after his beloved older sister and dearest friend were killed, Giyuu was unable to express his emotions.
It hurts my heart to think that Giyuu's inability to express his feelings honestly is because of the loss of these two people.
However, after meeting Tanjiro, Giyuu was able to smile a little.
Giyu is relatable with how people cope and deal with unfortunate circumstances. He blocked out his emotions because he couldn't stop crying. He set a goal for himself to achieve for the ones he lost to make them proud. Even through what Giyu has achieved he feels empty and that he's only made it this far due to the sacrifices of others.
I think Tanjiro was the ideal person to get through to Giyu because he too also had people save him (rengoku).
I love emotionally driven episodes
100% agree. Even when the pace is slowed down they are absolutely necessary to expand characters and also reveal underlying lessons to the viewers.
Sabito did slash the boulder, but during the exam, after killing so many demons, the blade weakened, and broke when he tried to cut the hand demon's neck.
Makes it even sadder that is skill never failed him, but it was actually the blade itself...
