I expected much more details than that. Also I'd say feathering and reverse-pitch propellers aren't their own type, rather just an additional function of more complex constant-speed props.
Can anyone quote me the approximate time in seconds it takes to transition the propeller from say the moment the blades pass through the feathered position to full reverse pitch (most props tend to have the end-stop around ~20°)? NB Hydraulic operation seems faster.
How come NO 1 THOUGHT OF... MAGNETIC 🧲 PROPELLERS.. MAGNETIC FORCE PUSH PROPELLERS.. CONTRA ROTATING PROPELLERS MAGNETIC 🧲.. THIS CAN MAKE THE AIRPLANE GO TWICE FASTER AND MAKE THE AIRPLANE GO TO SPACE ORBIT TOO.. DOUBLE PROPELLERS MAGNETIC 🧲 PROPELLERS...
Drey Galon all of it. Fixed pitch propellers are not predominately made of metal. Saying a ground adjustable prop is like a fixed pith prop is wrong! Every aspect of this video has mistakes in the information presented. As pilot and aircraft maintainer of over 40 years, 20 of which were military, this guy got it all wrong.
@@waynetokarz174 I assume he was just likening their appearance but obviously they are different. And he did say that fixed pitch is usually wood or metal (or composites). So what is the correct info?
Drey Galon I’m sorry but to give you a complete and proper answer is way beyond the practicality of these small threads I would recommend proper research and a little field study just to appreciate the scope of such a large subject. You tube is very much not the place unless you can find some multi hour educational film series. Good luck and happy education!
Great work sir👍.
Nice explanation sir 🙏🏻🙏🏻
What is the cost difference for a self adjusted prop vs a constant speed prop?

Anybody know what is PK and TK values in propeller!?

Thank you
