Maximus is similar to Tohaa's Tag. When it looses 3 wounds it transforms to a s2 LI specialist. The LI profile is not hackable so it would lose anything that was on Tag profile
Unfortunately he might become untargetable to hacking attacks (excluding Spotlight) but if its intended to retain states similar to Fraacta in N4 then LI Max will still be Imm B and Isolated. Nothing currently says that LI cant be imm b, just that they cannot be targeted by Carbonite or Oblivion - Tristan

Operators are likely to be a different thing then pilots.
I'm thinking just a ravaged state of the tag.
