IF THE MAXM DEMAND OF INDIVIDUAL WILL BE GREATER THAN MAXM POWER THEN HOW COULD IT SATISFY THE NEED OF ALL CONSUMERS???

Maximum demand of individual doesn't mean that each of the maximum individual demand run simultaneously or at the same time. Those individual demand could be at their own peak on their specific time. And if those individual demands happen to be running on the peak load in the same exact time then the maximum power of the complete system it self is the same as the sum of those individual demands thus making the diversity factor to be 1.
