Excuse me, but...Holy Crap! They are beautiful 😍 And, so many in one place!! A few decades ago, my aunt and I were so blessed to see 👀 one in the wild during a hike at a large bird sanctuary somewhere in Southern Arizona. One of my favorite memories ❤️ during my visits with my favorite aunt and uncle, who moved from Iowa to Tucson in the late 1950s.

That is a magnificent capture of a good sized band of coatis- the tree climber, color variations and interactions provides a great glimpse into the life of a coati. Thank you!

    Fantastic footage indeed.
15 years ago I observed 2 in my back yard in Scottsdale.
I was amazed though they were raccoons at first.
I see wonder every day after viewing my trail cam videos in the AM.
Bob cats, coyotes, javelina, and a host of wildlife.
So much happening 3am dawn and dusk.
    Great video!
    Thanks

I went hiking in Sabino Canyon today and saw just a single one, on the trail, not far from the dam. I was under impression they're always in groups, like javelinas. I read that in spring, females go away for some weeks to birth babies. Maybe I encountered one such female?
