I made a design wall with numerous embroidery hoops and doilies and lace. I used all different sizes some oval some circles. They make a beautiful accent wall
My dear friends, Thank you from the bottom of my heart to those who have been praying for my family & me. We truly feel your love, support, and prayers. For those who don't know my precious husband, Bryan went home to be with Jesus Sunday. Suddenly without warning while out fishing. I had made this video prior and I'm still in shock I had made the wedding board around the time he passed away but I wouldn't find out for hours later that he was gone. ---------- Friends, I could use some prayers. 🙏Today, my precious amazing, and handsome husband was called home to be with the Lord. For 23 years I had the honor of being his wife. I am so grateful and thankful to have had the absolute BEST husband & for all of our blessings. This is the post I shared on the community tab: He was the most selfless, loving person that I've ever met and an amazing Dad to our 5 kids. He was my best friend, partner, and support. We were truly grateful for what we had together & for each other. I had just finished my video with this wedding memory board I had made before everything happened, which posts Monday. I have to keep going for my kids. Prayers are very much needed for our 5 children, granddaughter, myself, and family. Thank you! My beloved is mine, and I am his. Song of Solomon 2:16
Kim todays projects are lovely. My heart was heavy all day today thinking about you and your family, I feel like I truly know you even though we are just "RUclips" friends. You have taught me so much and inspired me to think ouside the box when it comes to crafts. Please know how truly sorry I am that you lost your dear husband so suddenly. I wish I could give you a big hug! Peace be with you my friend❤
Thank you, Donna ❤️ No such thing as "just" I think of you as family. Awe, that makes me happy! Thank you. Bryan was a very very good man. He lived with a servants heart. I'm overwhelmed by the amount of support and love from his friends and those whose loves he touched. Thank you so much ❤️
My sweet friend. I just read your message about your husband. I am speechless. My heart aches for you. My condolences to you and your beautiful family. I had not been connected much because I’ve been battling bronchitis for 3 weeks. May he Rest In Peace. He is home now. You have an angel that will always be with you and now lives in your heart🙏🙏🙏🌻🌻🌻
Thank you Rosie ❤️ He was an incredible man. He lived with such a servants heart! I'm sorry to hear you've had bronchitis. I hope you're feeling better. He is home & will meet me at the gate someday 🙏
This is the first time I have ever commented on a video but I was truly blessed by watching your video after the death of your husband. I too am a widow and I can identify with you and I definitely will be praying for you. God bless you!
I had some old torn dollies. I also had a lace tablecloth that had stains. I put a piece of the tablecloth in a hoop. Then I sewed on the dollies by hand. Then I added some beige pearls. I added a messy bow made from drop cloth and lace. It came out so pretty. Wish I could send you a picture.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING IN THIS VIDEO AND THE PROCESS OF MAKING THE PROJECTS, RIGHT TO THE POINT... MY FAVORITE IS THE METAL LIDDED TRAY WITH THE DECOUPAGED FLOWERED LID...
I'm a new subscriber to your channel. I absolutely love all your projects you make. They turn out so beautiful. You are very talented in what you do and very creative. I have gone back and watched some of your other videos too. I love that you show some important parts of what you do and not every single thing!🧡💛
Your crafts are beautiful, I love the small marmalade sign. It was a little difficult to look at your video, knowing the sad situation. Once again, my thoughts and prayers are with you, Kim Mary.❤
It kills me to see his hand drilling those holes for me and see the wedding band he wore so proudly. Thank you so much. Carmen, I greatly appreciate you.
Your double sided tape is great for temporary use. Just remember it isn't acid free so don't leave it on for too long or it could damage your doilies. Love how they look tho! Love your metal racks!
Thank you for letting me know that. I decided since it was the last project I made w my husband before he passed that I am keeping them permanent so I will probably glue them. Happy you like them ❤️
Oh wow....I just love all of your projects. I especially love the window with the doilies! How beautiful! And the silver dish....gorgeous! Looove the ornaments at the end too. The Scripture stamp fit perfectly! I just love your beautiful way of creating and styling. Thank you for these lovely ideas!
Thank you Valerie ❤️ I'm so happy you enjoyed them! I'll treasure the window project forever cause it was the last project my hubby and I worked on before he passed away ❤️

These were all beautiful as usual, and I absolutely love the creative uses for those racks! The doily was probably my favorite, but it's too close to tell. Sending you hugs, love, and prayers.
Kim these were some beautiful projects! I love all of the vintage doilies you have and wish I could find some. I would love to add something like this to my Christmas decor. You have a wonderful way of transforming your finds. I know you are all hurting and my heart goes out to you. I will keep sending prayers that you will be able to keep moving forward as you know you must. ❤❤❤
Thank you so much. I hope you can find some soon. If I come across anymore here I'll let u know and post them on Etsy. Thank you for prayers because he was such an amazing man. An incredible loss for so many and such a shock. He was so full of life and took care of everyone. Yes, I have our 2 youngest to continue to raise and a son I get to see Graduate w his masters next month!
Kim I so love all of these. I love the idea of the baking racks. I had thought using one with dolled-up clothes pin for a message board. The window is gorgeous. I love your use of the doilys. I will post a photo of my old window over my bed. I used to do counted cross stitch and have lots of pieces I never framed. But your ideas are terrific. Thank you for sharing. I always look forward to your videos.
Your projects are beautiful and I love all of them!! I have 2 large boot boxes of crocheted doilies in all sizes and colors. My mother in law made all of them!
