@@RubyyJRJ Sechskies was under DSP Media along with Fin.K.L. DSP Media was the main competitor of SM before. Sechskies signed with YG when they reunited in 2016 after they disbanded in 2009

Also, I don't think they can always rely on Mamamoo (their biggest money makers), therefore the reason behind the acquisition.
