How to overcome fear?

- This is my theory of managing fear. During 10 days of Vipassana meditation when I was trying to understand myself and analyzing my fears, I started discovering the biggest fear of my life that is the fear of ghosts. And then I realized it’s not worth getting scared of a ghost but when I conceived this theory, I started applying on other fears of my life. It has helped me in overcoming many fears. Hope you will find this theory useful.
This is the 5th time I am watching this video and still getting motivated to learn more n more and forget things which are not real. Thank you Praveen for this one.

Yeah, after watching horror movies we have that scary vibes running all over our body, i too experienced that and i overcame this illusionistic fear by embracing me "oh i haven't seen this ghost so far in my life and i should be afraid only if i saw one of them", i am still waiting for that to happen😂😂
Human Brains' have immense potential nd we should utilize it productively..

Ghost fear -Final consequences may be death because a weak heart person may have cardiac-arrest and this may lead to death
Skill - Yes there is skill available to overcome from ghosts fear and that is Meditation

I have a fear of facing people's ,public speaking, and interview fear.

But I have seen once in my lifetime so far, I remember I used to stay at empty compound, where there was an barren land near to the bay area, there was a family also used to stay, which was 200m away from my house, so one day I went there for toilet at around 12.30pm, because I came late from somewhere, then I saw a. woman which was in milky white colour saree but her face can't be seen, only the full white shape could be seen, then I got very much scared, & very silently I wanted to escape from there but I thought, let me see where she goes, so she walked from one corner to another and entered in closed abandoned ground, then I understood she was definitely a ghost 👻 😃

You are right about public speaking fear mean idea of this video . But if you really want to know about what is the different between soul and ghost you should search about spiritual journey. Means how we journey after death.
some books are here specially in tibet they have knowledge of spiritual dimension and spiritual journey. here is one book (Heaven and Hell) is the common English title of a book written by Emanuel Swedenborg in Latin, published in 1758. The full title is Heaven and its Wonders and Hell From Things Heard and Seen, or, in Latin: De Caelo et Eius Mirabilibus et de inferno, ex Auditis et Visis. Wikipedia
Their is a syndrome found in millions of people, name of the syndrome is LKK, i.e. Log Kya Kahenge, but frankly speaking, u r one of the vaccine to this syndrome, Thank you sir 👍👌 super

From my childhood my attitude towards my fears were either kill it or ignore it.
In my first year of college there was an pd class first time I was on stage so before then I did not know that I have stage fear but now I am on stage and i can't kill this fear so i took a deep breath and started my topic which was dreams (given by trainer) and my first line was f**k you all I don't care and I started my speach in the end my trainer said it was good but now you are suspended from my class for 10 days 😔😔😔
Ya one skill available for ghost to catch him... but only ghost baba's knows...😂😂...just kidding...nice presentation...
