For those chilly nights here it's a very comfy pajama pants that you can make easily! You will need: cotton fabric, chalk, scissors, elastic band, sewing machine, pins
The inner leg of my favorite pj bottoms blew out the other day. Being a +size girl it's super hard to find adorable PJs for a reasonable price so when I saw my favorite pair kicked the bucket I was sooo sad. THEN I remembered watching this vid like a thousand years ago and came flying back to refresh my memory. :D Imma make me a new pair of PJs soon!
What i like about these is you can hem the pant legs any way you want. You could make them shorts or capris. Very cool. I will have to find some cool fabric to try this out with.
This is perfect for nervous beginners. We learn by doing, and this simple project is geat for newbies. We see things don't have to be perfect to be worth doing. As the saying goes, "Don't let perfection get in the way of progress." Happy sewing :-)
you remind me of my mom!! Not that you look old, but she too, used to make clothes for the whole family!! :D I guess it is time for me to make some of my own ! ;) Thank you for the videos they are absolutely amazing!! And keep posting! :D
Hi Gianny! I don't comment very often but i've been following you for a year now, and I really want to thank you because many of the things that i do, I learnt them from you and your creations are simple and fantastic! I wish you alla the best! 8sorry if my english isn't perfect! ) Besos :)
Hace tiempo quiera hacer esto ahora tengo todo y gracias a ti he aprendido mucho. Thank you a lot .Love your videos because you take your time and patience show us your ideas and show us how and were we should sew. Keep it up and like ninipouie said hope you get to start soon your own line. Gracias por todo te lo mereces eres una chica muy talentosa sigue para delante. Exito en todo lo que hagas.
Wow thanks a lot ^w^ I'm a cosplayer and this video was just great cause I never sew pants. Thanks to you, my "Hugh" cosplay from the pokemon series will be fantastic ;)
i have to admit i only watch ur videos for the great music :) joking now, but i really love the music u chose. :) and i will try some of the things, i just need to buy a good sewing machine
Also instead of sewing the elastic as the waist band you could also just sew around it and slide in a pull string this way you determine how tight/loose you want them. Also with time the elastic gets weak, trust me I know I have a pair of Victoria Secret satin pajama pants that have both elastic and a pull string, they are my favorite pj's, they don’t make them anymore so it if weren't for the string I would not be able to wear them because the elastic is old and brittle. Good luck Thanks Gianny
@immaxeatxchu it's a piece of dry soap so that when u wash the clothing it washes away, any fabric store sells chalk too or u can use a pencil, just anything that u know that will wash away
if you keep one of the legs inside out and the other right side in and then put one leg in the other so right side are facing (on the inside) and sew the "U" shape of the open parts together, it makes it a bit easier to sew them together.
Hola gianny! lo cosiste con costura recta u overlock? porque mi maquina de coser es muy simple.. y no se si puedo coser tela elastica con costura recta.. Gracias!! Y besitooss!!!! Me encanta tu canal! Sos una genia!!
@ObsessedFantage12 you can just does what she does but by hand sewing it. it will take longer and sometimes the stitching isn't so strong, but it is possible. and for the elastic i think you would do a casing for the elastic instead of sewing directly onto the pj bottoms
LOVE this tutorial. Straight to the point. So many DIYers talk waaaayy to much about irrelavant crap during their videos its annoying.
I love the music! Makes me wish I was in a warm place! Awesome tutorial!! Clear enough even without explanations!
After watching many of your videos, I FINALLY tried, and made these pajama pants. Easy to follow your direction. Thanks.

Ask can you make with Arab dress attire

@immaxeatxchu it's a piece of dry soap so that when u wash the clothing it washes away, any fabric store sells chalk too or u can use a pencil, just anything that u know that will wash away

@mariekitu
I agree you can line the fabric up more easily plus always do a double stitch in the crotch, thats the area that gets the most stress.
I like ur video
@josieme0809 pretty! very victoria secret kinda ;) I like it! Thanks for watching dear!
très belle tes créations

Hola gianny! lo cosiste con costura recta u overlock? porque mi maquina de coser es muy simple.. y no se si puedo coser tela elastica con costura recta.. Gracias!! Y besitooss!!!! Me encanta tu canal! Sos una genia!!
obviously this is only IF you want to make your own pair of PJs. With whatever cute pattern you have :p
Girl at the beginning of the video looks like Britney Spears!
@jazzyrose17 I hope you make one for you ;) Tell me all about it later on! :))
Thx very practical to the point video.... Not so sure about the back ground music.... Btw great help :-)
@JesseLeann10 from a craft store here in my city :)
Can you please teach us how to make a blazer? :)
When you put the elastic on do you pull on it hard? or should it be lose?
Omg I can just go to the store
@nataliek94 I use a Canon ;)
@princessexd Thank you honey! ;)
where did you buy the material? the internet? if so can you give me the link?
How I wish I could be as tall as you . . :D
Do u pin the elastics on the end and the beginging
@ObsessedFantage12 you can just does what she does but by hand sewing it. it will take longer and sometimes the stitching isn't so strong, but it is possible. and for the elastic i think you would do a casing for the elastic instead of sewing directly onto the pj bottoms
where do you get your fabric? i cant find anywhere to find any!
do you stretch the elastic before you sew?
Nice
@wishingyouwerescene you can almost always sew by hand, but you get a better striaght line and it quicker if you use a sewing machine! :]
