I have been doing flat roofs for 35 years and there's not many roofs that are completely flat and free from upstands, with no roof penetrations, stripped loads of them up, especially balconies, you can't walk on it, leave flat roofs to the professionals

NO adheisive applied to rubber material ? I've done MILES of EPDM...always glue on BOTH surfaces. EDGE glue on BOTH, is what you use on flashing and LAPS too ?

Can the adhesive be used over roofing paint.... And is the product good in hot locations, we live in Spain....

My Garage roof, is a typical, old 1960's asphalt coated one, that is layed below raised side edges. I take it that a new roof, like the type shown here, would have to be placed on top of the old one ? and not down below, on top of and stuck to, the original one??
