@@icedragon642 in reality Yak was slower than Bf-109 on every altitude. Bf-109 have better armament and more ammo. But Yaks are better in turn and they have better visibility from cockpit.

When i was in the army, i was a tank driver. All korean men have to go to the army at least for two years. It is very hot in Summer due to tank's engine.

My grandfather always told me this one thing that has stuck with me even years after he died. "The military, Maya, changes who people are. You would enter as a boy, and leave as a man."
Maya - not meaning to be dismissive about whatever your grandfather spoke about... However, I'm hoping you can see through the pathetic cliche this "...leave as a man" line is. I was in the military. Vietnam specifilly. What happened in reality was too many young men coming home to grieving kin and spouses in pine boxes followed by "your son/husband died a hero" cliche letters. Another large segment came back so doped up, just trying to forget or ease the pain of what they endured for no good reason whatsoever. The last war fought for anything rational ended in 1945. Since then, the've all been political BS. Keep moving on Maya. Just know you don't need rosy glasses to see the world.

my uncle fought during ww2 he is the last man in his platon he got nearly got shot by a tank and stood his ground 3 days with no rest.

My grandpa fought in Vietnam and believe me he had no heroes welcome. Nearly died in an ambush when his jeep exploded and he broke his collar bone and shoulder but kept fighting. Doesn't like talking about it much but he shows me his service uniform i think is pretty cool
