When I first tried those one-arm tricep pushups, about 6 months ago, I was able to get my shoulder about 2 inches off the floor. Today, I was able to completely straighten my working arm. What a great feeling! Thank you!

Those back, I, Y, and T exercises were killer. Whenever you teach ne a move that just feels impossible I want to do it everyday until I can, but then I would miss out on doing the rest of the exercises!
