    When I first tried those one-arm tricep pushups, about 6 months ago, I was able to get my shoulder about 2 inches off the floor. Today, I was able to completely straighten my working arm. What a great feeling! Thank you!

    My arms are burning from body weight only movements! I'm shocked at how intense this workout was! I love how you challenge me everyday with moves I'd never try on my own. Great job PJ 👏

    This body weight strength workout was so effective, and surprisingly intense at times. My shoulders, triceps, back and shoulders were screaming at me. I had to dig deep to get this one done, but I did it and feel awesome for it. x

    On a three week camping trip and still sticking to my workouts thanks to this playlist. Was a little tight trying to do the “t” lifts in my camper. Workout done!

    Day 22 DONE! Amazing how I felt the arms without lifting dumbells. Now its difficult to comb my hair, I LOVE IT !!

    Just completed day 18 (inner, outer thigh) workout of the 25 day challenge - worked up a decent sweat and inner/outer thighs feel stronger and looser - thank you !

    OMG, I'm in LOVE with this workout! I have done the plank up in one of your workouts before and it was "easier" this time! I feel stronger!! I tell everyone about you!!!     ‘who knew arm circles could cause cussing?’ Wow! Also, just reading/hearing the phrase ‘one-armed push-up’ made me wince - but after several months of following you, I DID ‘EM without a hitch AND kept your tempo. Now that’s proof of progress. Thank you! 💜

    Wow that was a tough one! Could really feel the burn in the shoulders with this workout! Thanks for pushing me beyond my expectations PJ. I had to roll up a towel under my breasts to raise off the floor for comfort but otherwise I did it all!! Can't believe how far I have come in 22 days. Many thanks! xo

    Day 22/25 in Oct. Had me sweating! Only pushups I am able to do. Definitely need more of the posture exercises.

    Those back, I, Y, and T exercises were killer. Whenever you teach ne a move that just feels impossible I want to do it everyday until I can, but then I would miss out on doing the rest of the exercises!

    Wow, that burned, glad I finished it! This was much tougher than I thought it would be but so effective.
