    The solution is relatively simple: return to the original Fujita Scale. Its wind speeds for each category are closer to those observed in the real atmosphere plus it allows for both direct wind measurements and damage-estimated measurements.

    Yes! Yes it should cause the ef scale doesn't make sense and doesn't accurately give the real truth about a tornado.
