That is unreal how the fitting was unscrewed all the way, nice Catch. You can see where the fitting got hot And Popped off, probably a defective part

More push fit in screed , keeps you in work . Easily repaired and the screed put back . Nice 😉

Reminds me when i worked in HVAC and when we made a huge AC installation in a multi story hotel. we had a very, very small leak somewhere in the piping system going through all the hallways and rooms. After days of searching i rented a directional mic, proper headphones and a recorder and found the leak in 30 minutes.

Ideal location for the leak tbf, so you didn't have to wreck the flooring.

I know. I was hoping it wasn't under the nice wooden flooring, as well as the customer 🕵‍♂️

How good are you? No duck (until you found the leak), no visible signs of a water leak. You just walk through 2 panes of glass and stick your ear to the ground. Job done. 😂😂. You definitely "get it". 😅

Whereabouts do you operate? I have 3 properties in Plymouth with boilers that consistently lose pressure. We’ve tried everything and need your magic.

There’s no doubt about your level of knowledge and competence, but unfortunately, your quoted prices are out of many people’s reach. I guess if you have a leak and are desperate for a repair, you’ll have no choice but to fork out the money.
    Keep the videos coming.

they are specialists and command a specialist rate. If the customer had spent more on a quality job without those push-fits at the start then they might not have needed their services.
