Is the IJF intentionally trying to ruin their sport? it feels like the IJF keeps pushing the sport further to the fringe by putting in increasingly more convoluted rules so that your sport is not just unwatchable but also impractical and no fun to practice.
Nobuddy has the right length of sleeves, this would mean you would have to buy a new gi every 3 times of washing.

If its washed correctly you can have a Judogi a lifetime. I mean, if you wash it too hot it shrinks a lot.
