Looks very nice ! I like the gel in that tube . It looks easy to use . Guess what ? I did my first fiberglass strand nail . It was actually not that bad at all . I filmed it too . My only problem is trying to figure out when to pinch it . So you say pinch it after 5 seconds ?
Yay! Welcome to fiberglass strands land 🤣 It depends on the product, but most LED gels pinch in first 20 seconds. Yes, for this one - I easily pinched them after 5 seconds in LED 36W lamp
This looked so crazy in the beginning but it made sense when I watched you work with it. I can not believe all the crazy stuff we nail addicts have to try out! I would never know that someone could get me to buy fiberglass to try on my nails...But for some odd reason I already have managed to buy me some 😂😂😂 Can not wait to see the rest of this journey into fiberglass land😁 Tfs hun xoxo 💕
I like that filler tube idea and even better that it doesn't require a base! Is it soak-off? And would you mind sharing a pic of the barrel view maybe on IG? I'd like to see what an ideal application (thickness) should look like. Thanks in advanced and great video, you've been my main mentor for these! 😘👍
Awesome tutorial I have been using poly gel but I wanted to try fiber glass though I've heard its not very safe when filing I was as told to make sure I had a dust collect because the dust is basically sharp like glass ..idk but I'm gng try it.
Wow, what a cool technique Anastasia! I can actually see myself trying this. 😃 Is the nail filler soak off? Or maybe you’re going to come back and show us? 😉
This looks intriguing. I went to the website, but Safari states that the link for English is invalid🤷🏻♀️ Couple of questions: 1) can fiberglass be soaked off, and 2) how do you fill, if they can be filled?
if you use soak off gel with fiberglass - then yes, you can soak it off. With hard gel - no. You can do infill like you usually do first, then a they grow out - file off 1/2 thickness of the nail, mostly apex area and add fiberglass strands again. Maybe try the link with your phone?
Can you app,y without the gel? I can’t use gel as I’m allergic to hema and ethyl acrylate, I’m trying to find an alternative to nail extensions. I’m ok with using nail glue so thought i could use this?
Wrong kind of fiberglass Fiberglass used in construction and insulation are DEFINITELY dangerous for you This kind of fiberglass is just fine for your nails, and is NOT the exact same as the fiberglass used in construction :)
@Aixsa Avina I absolutely will :) It's the same fiberglass but processed differently Fiberglass isn't a chemical irritant, aka your skin isn't "allergic" to it. Fiberglass is known as a mechanical irritant. It's sharp and pokes into your skin, and if sharp pieces from fiberglass dust get into your lungs, the sharp edges irritate your lungs. The fiberglass used on nails has been processed so there aren't any sharp edges, and there's also no fiberglass dust. Nothing pokes your skin and nothing gets into your lungs. They're just strings you can use on your nails :)
@@lovelygift9415 Already a bad question. There is no such thing as nail dust that is safe to inhale. Any dust in a nail salon should be kept out of your lungs. The dust from fiberglass nails is not sharp. While any nail dust is not good for your lungs, fiberglass nail dust does not irritate lungs like fiberglass dust. I haven't had any problems with it, nor did any of our nail techs/clients at my nail salon
Ive been wanting to try fiberglass but of course I wasnt doing ANYTHING until I watched you do it. I thank you much 😘

Lol. Why can we not resist buying "new" or popular nail supply??🤣😦
I feel like this is better than tips so you dont get that dent in the nail afterwards.
@@NailsofNorway pls do respect others
@@viranjshah7704 eh..what..? 🤷♀️ I just made a sarcastic joke to my friend @denisejohn65 about us both trying out popular nail ideas...
Great demo Anastasia, thanx for sharing. Definitely unique gel application. 😏
Thank you!
This is amazing and it looks so easy to use! Thanks for sharing 😍
It looks great. I hope to try it out. Doesn't look like you have to build such a high apex with it either. Thank you for the great instructions. 💝

@nailcou just wondered if you knew there's a Facebook page using your name to promote polygel?
Not sure, but I usually let anybody repost my content as long as they give all the credits
Thank you!

How to you deal with the heat spikes?!
I use Low Heat mode on my lamp - it cures at lower power and slowly adds it up
Perfect you will not waste any product with those fillers!!
