This is one of my favorite Q&A's you have done. I laughed so much and I needed a good laugh. How about the World Economic Forum FILMING THEMSELVES enjoying eating crickets, grasshoppers, and how about some 3inch beetles. Yummy!! Marriage should be abolished? No more death penality? These people who believe such things simply hate God. Which reminds me Biden just yesterday commuted the death penality of two illegal men who murdered 3 people between them, and gave them a life sentence. There is so much in this Q&A that is so true and important, like your others of course, but this one has stuff I've not heard of. I love it David thank you again for sharing your gift of teaching, and wisdom. I feel smarter everytime I watch you. Such grace and kindness makes my heart melt with love. Linda
My friend I really do enjoy hearing Your explanations , You definitely have a gift , And I'm grateful that I found your RUclips channel, God bless, And by the way greetings from Stafford Texas
Nobody can even follow and do everything Jesus said in the red letters. When do they sell all they have and follow Jesus, drink poison handle serpents etc? We are not saved by works and can't even do enough works to please God.
I looked up the word “MARRY” from when you posted a video recently, the Merriam-Webster dictionary list under the heading “intransitive verb” #2 COMBINE, UNITE, seafood marries with other foods. Could that be abstaining from eating from meats 1 Timothy 4:3 ?
@terrymalicoat6892 I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are saying, but the word translated in 1Tim 4:3 is gameo and means to wed. Commanding to abstain from meats is a different idea. Hope this helps. Grace.
BOTH Paul and James used the SAME TYPE of “faith” that Abraham possessed as their example - the only TYPE of faith that justifies is... an obedient faith! From about the middle of Romans chapter 2 through chapter 4, the “works” Paul deems as UNsatisfactory in man's justification are the WORKS of the OT law/meritorious/boastful works. Paul at Romans 4:1-5 is speaking about WORKS of "the Law". Abraham was never under this Law (vs. 12). Rather, it is explained that Abraham type of faith (trust in and obedience to God) and was looked upon as righteousness by God! Paul no where establishes a “no works” soteriology in Romans, b/c Paul continues with his admonition for them to "walk in the steps" of that TYPE of faith - 4:12 - that Abraham possessed... an OBEDIENT faith!! - There remained those WORKS provided by GOD's grace, which earn nothing and allow no boasting (merit) - these being works of faith/righteousness as PROVIDED to man by GOD! (cf. Titus 2:11-12.) - James 2 is speaking about these WORKS of "faith" - NOT the "works of the Law". James mentions Abraham’s TYPE of faith ALSO (2:21 - which references Genesis 15:6)- the SAME passage Paul uses at Romans 4:3.! James has some things to say about a "faith without works" in chapter 2: Vs. 14 - cannot save. Vs. 17 - it is dead. Vs. 18 - cannot be seen. Vs. 20 - it is dead. Vs. 26 - it is dead. A FAITH connected WITH such works is: Vs. 22 - made perfect. With works [of God]: Vs. 24 - man is justified. James references the TYPE of works at verses 21 and 25 that “justify”, using Abraham and Rahab as examples, with their WORKS of OBEDIENCE providing them with a perfected faith. With BOTH speaking about Abraham's obedient faith, they each speak in context of a DIFFERENT TYPE of WORKS.... - James speaks about the works of GOD which justify/save... -versus- - Paul speaking about works of the Law which can not saved! James speaks about works that complement faith... Paul about works that would void faith. Justification before God is not dependent on any form of perfect law keeping such as the OT law required - nor is justification dependent upon performing great or boastful service that would place God in man's debt. Rather, justification relies upon God’s grace to instruct man to the point of obedient FAITH, with His grace providing the TYPE of WORKS through which man may receive justification from God. >>
Maybe you’ve already done this on all your uploads, but it’s my understanding you do have control over placement of “mid-roll” ads (ads interrupting multiple times a sermon/presentation in process). RUclips makes it difficult. Choices are made by default that benefit them (💰). A content creator has to know to find the default setting under “ad format” and change the selection. Interestingly, there is current uproar among the ASMR RUclips community because beginning November 1, 2023 those folks will no longer have the choice to decline placement of ads at the end of their presentations (a big deal if you know what ASMR is --and there are Christian ASMArtists, blessed with soothing voices, who read the Bible to help folks relax and sleep.) Anyhow, although RUclips is likely to get even greedier and change things again one day soon, I think you do still have control over mid-roll ads.
@ConceptsInHealth I am unaware of how to do this and am not sure it can be done. If anyone knows what specifically we can do to reduce ads, please send me instructions on how to do so. Thanks!
Awesome teaching thank you Brother David especially hearing the WEF mentioned. “We” all have to do… but they do not!

This sermon was and is extremely helpful😊 definitely going to share and hoping that those who listen to it will believe it.
Awesome teaching. Thank you David. ❤
Amen.
This was such an essential Q & A to listen to. I think it needs to be listened to again.

@davefrazier8627 Thanks for the kind words. Alleluia.
Fantastic content in tonight’s Q & A. Very edifying & I came away with some better scriptural understanding on the various topics. Thank you😎

Absolutely (works profits us nothing in salvation)
