Flower Haul + Wedding Design Projects

Oh yes some of them are now. The platform went through a weird time where I had to private a bunch of videos that had my kids in them in order to get my comments back. It was pretty silly... but I'm here if you ever want to ask about recommendations though!

I have had whiplash please please get into physical therapy even if you're feeling better. It will keep scar tissue from forming and causing problems decades down-the-line. And also make sure that the PT folks take you seriously because the 1st folks I went to I overheard them mocking "whiplash victims" as if they were all going through PT4 insurance. Because they didn't take me seriously I was back in PT 2 years later but the 2nd folks worked wonders.

You're so right! My chiropractor does PT as well- so he has been giving me exercises and such to do. It's so important to get things moving right again. Strengthening stabilizing muscles and such. I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience post whiplash. It's so tough because when it happens to you your not really sure what to do or who can help. ;( It's not something you plan for or expect.. and nobody really talks about it!
