I had the 750 2 full year before that, it was driven hard believe me... really hard ...Before the 750 I had an R730, for 2 year...All the trucks we buy are always Top of the line all bells and whistles...I can honestly say when your paying £135k for a tractor unit there’s nothing between them...Volvo and scania are just that much better then the rest...but a side by side comparison there’s absolutely nothing between...1 truck is no better then the other in any way...That’s a fact...

I think you need to try the new s series scania as i was driving the s450 and it was averaging 9.4mpg loaded and they just drive so much better than the older generation its a different gravy, i am yet to drive the volvo though

How many years old do u have to have a full car licence to apply for a truck licence? 3. What are the different classes of truck licences ? 4. I have full Portuguese car driving licence. Hows it goin ian . Hows ur weekend goin . U workin this weekend . Hope ur safe lad . How did u like the turbo compound volvo . I had a go on a turbo compound scania 470 years ago it pulled well . U had power all the way from start to top revs so u had no turbo lag as it was allways getting power it was on timber work so fuel economy was vital as ur scrapinto get anything near 7 to the gallon as ur draggin it ass through mud n crap half the day . Hope u managed to get a free volvo jacket from them lol all the best to u ian pls take care speak soon
May I ask where you worked when you were doing "C" work? I'm a young driver (22) looking to find a company that would understand my position and give me a chance to start my career. Have my "C", have ADR, CPC card, tacho, forklift license. Any suggestions would be great Ian. Great video as usual!

No squeaks in the new gen scania we’ve an s650 3 years now not a rattle in her doing 24 hours a day most of the year
