  • My house was overloaded with junk, instead of renting a storage unit or just giving it away, I rented a flea market booth, 4' x 10' at my local flea market and it rents for 130$ a month plkus a 50$ deposit, after filling it with unused items around my house, I have made a whopping 473 after my 180 investment, the flea market is as good as a storage unit because at least its opened 7 days a week and takes minimal work. All you have to do is find unused items, tag them and add them.

Why not try one out, yard sale is hard to do and in this day and age you might as well make a buck off of something, keep large bulky items for facebook market place and small mailable items for ebay, those three combined and minimal effort can make you a nice little side hustle, you can also go to auctions to source items for long term, keep prices low and go to your booth weekly to add items!
