Please look at a few other tablets. Cidea has a record of failures after a period of time. Mine was fine till about 6 months then stopped charging. Good until it stopped working. I am doing another video.

Damn this brand! I bought one lately; claimed to have storage capacity 256 by 6, ROM and RAM respectively. I was fooled by the low pricing given the specs that it claimed to have. Then after some times I noticed that my storage becoming full and the android version it claimed to have being a lie: it claimed to have 12.0 android version, when it actually is 7.0.
Then I was so upset and contacted the retailer but he said that their shop do not take the responsibility. Such a scammed marketing that this company fooled me with; it is so unhonest and disgusting.
Does it have the spec it claims it has, 8 core processor etc?
I bought c idea tablet as you describe, 6ram by 256gb. But it can support data holding more than 30gb. Is their any solution for the problem?

15:30 the audio quality on the inbuilt speakers is trash, the Bluetooth speaker that comes with it keeps lagging on every device I try it on.
I can't find a replacer charger for this tablet
USB c should work. Standard brick charger. I actually use an iPhone charger.

I have this tablet, but when i bought it, it was so so so laggy!, i dont know how to fix it!

beware guys this tablet has like 1 or 2 gbs of ram and 30 gigs of storage and its really laggy, loved the video btw
It also stopped working. I will be posting an update video on this. It did not last a year. Very disappointed.

Mine stopped working, just kept it for a month or even a half, and it stopped working because i can't charge it.

@@charbelsarkis3567 I just checked…it says 64gb of storage and 3gb of ram. I am not sure about the processors. I believe they advertise octa core? I am not sure where to look for that.

Don’t know. Depends on what they will use it for. As Instated in the review…drawing is just “ok”. It would need a keyboard for student work…and being an android tablet…not sure about compatibility with school or word processing apps. This was a good gaming, browsing and content tablet. Making it a work horse may be pushing it. A good student machine is a Surface pro. Full PC, great drawing, decent size. The Cidea tablet needs to be “more” to be a student machine.

@@MichaelClaridaArts Cool 👍 I'll give it some props though, it's manageable if you don't mind lag and all you're doing is some simple tasks and recreation, But anything else is a pain on this device. Can't even get the mouse to work properly, it keeps selecting things at random, System updates are messed up too, can't upgrade from android 8.

@@MichaelClaridaArts woah that's crazy, mine had a weak battery out of the box despite the "10,000 mAh" promised, seems it might end up completely dead sooner or later :/
It will necessarily be for educational purposes. They are trying their best to make things a bit cheap for students.

I bought a C Idea tablet last week and it keeps restarting itself when in use. Any ideas on a fix? It's so frustrating and of course I can not get a refund. I purchased it online from a seller in China. I just wish I had done some more research before buying. This company makes tablets that are complete garbage. For anyone contemplating buying this brand DON'T. Look elsewhere.
