You inspire me mate to get back into the motors i gave up when i was diagnosed with depression anxiety and suffer general aches and pains on 12 painkillers a day but get really down sitting in the house the past couple of years . Hi Mark, looking good as usual, I don't know if you noticed this but, the bonnet has a white Ford badge tog6with the original hatchback. The replacement hatchback has a blue Ford badge.

I never saw the first paint job on the bumpers , but the way you described them its as if the primer was bleeding through the blue topcoat as dark blue can be very transparent .
Great paintjob on those bumpers, superb match!! Hopefully it will sell very quick and look forward to the work on the vandalised Fiesta, stay safe mate! 👍🙂
That's looking really good Mark, especially for an 11/12 year old car. For the boot light fault check the tailgate light switch, I think it's a micro switch in the handle so maybe swap out the handle for one on one of the other tailgates. Couldn't tell it'd been rear ended though mate....nice job. 🙂
@@ResurwreckAutosUK The other place it could be is a couple of copper contacts on the gate and somewhere on the edge of the opening, might need re-aligning, but I do think they are on the handle and are a fairly common failure, if there's a wiring plug into the back of the handle when you take the gate trim panel off that'll be for the light.
Great job mark. Paint work definitely come out well. Should definitely sell straight away hopefully. Nice idea on the car buying thing. Will defo bear in mind in the future.
Glad you got the paint match problem sorted out. Regarding the boot light, I noticed a couple of times in the video when you closed it boot it didn't seem to shut fully - or was it my imagination? If it's doing that every time that could be leaving the light on. Just a thought.
The cars looking sweet. I was thinking that concentrating on Fiestas would make economic sense for your business but would likely limit your RUclips growth. Over time you’d get known as the go to guy for Fiestas. Food for thought? Then you could mix in some interesting cars as they come along.
I had an 01 Fiesta where the boot light wouldn't switch off after the car was repainted. Turned the switch which is like a tilt switch, and is located inside the tailgate had been installed upside down
Looking good but rear alloy looks like it has a flat spot. Also are you going to change the rear ford badge to match the front as one is white and one is original blue.
the rear boot light operates threw the boot latch theres a micro switch inside that breaks this could be your drain problem cos mine packed up its a common fault

Probably one of the best things Ford put on a car, wish everyone else would follow their lead....especially when it's -8c up here and you're freezing your bollocks off scraping the windscreen 😂
I think it’s great what you do but I just wish you showed more in-depth repairs instead of speeding everything up all the time. Be good to see how you do things. 👍🏼

Hi nice motor. You need a resistor for the boot light, as it is led and are you changing the rear badge to match the white front badge?
